This is a recently completed homestay. Very good in terms of location, room conditions, very clean & modern, friendly and extra services provided. Very comfortable, relax and feel at ease. The operator is very helpful to provide help in arranging things. Love it.

这家民宿把张家界之旅幸福感拉满的。下单后就开始一直张家界旅游攻略服务着。到店后再次详细讲解，使整个行程轻松拿捏，漂亮的老板娘和小姐姐都是有礼貌，笑容满脸。房间的全智能和卫生也是有强迫感的也无可挑剔，住着卫生舒心放心。香薰的味道是最喜欢的，毛巾和一次性洗嗍用品也有酒店名字的logo感觉到老板的用心。酒店附近吃的方便，而且还有溪河，、拍照很不错。早餐也是精致、米粉特别好吃。强推的民宿。

老板娘亲子管理的酒店就是不一样 更像家 有个大姐姐照顾你 给你规划路程买票 开车进不来叫姐夫来给你开 回家就问你喝不喝柠檬水 出去玩还关心你好不好玩 这样的酒店还能说什么呢 赞?? 景色你们自己看吧 下次见啦??

酒店图片和官网上一样好看，干净整洁无异味，吹风机是戴森的对长发很友好不需要找理发店洗头发。老板亲自去高铁站接站更没有等待时间，笑容亲切服务周到，前台小姐姐帮忙订门票行程完全不需要自己查攻略价格也优惠，在你回酒店之前还会帮你提前把空调打开。免费帮客人洗衣服，卫生间还有专门放内衣的烘干架子一晚上就干了。早餐也很好吃营养丰富，咖啡也是鲜磨的。步行街就在酒店旁边小吃超市都是步行距离。去国家公园打车五元直到东门标志门。住的很满意，强烈推荐！！！

软件硬件都极佳，全屋智能，老板服务超好，离国家森林公园东门很近，附近很多饭馆超市水果店，门前有一条河景色不错。

We had the best experience staying at RU Hotel in Zhangjiajie. The place was both extravagant and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like luxurious toiletries, complimentary daily drinks, bath salts, and plush bath robes. The rooms were modern and finished to a very high standard— the nicest place we’ve stayed in our trip so far!
What really stood out was the hospitality. The family who run the hotel were so warm and generous with their time—they spent over an hour helping us plan our visits to the parks, sharing local recommendations, and even arranging our taxis. After long days exploring, they welcomed us back with cold drinks and made sure we felt completely at home.
The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to the Avatar Mountain area and just a taxi ride to Tianmen Mountain. Breakfast was also a highlight; they went out of their way to accommodate our preferences and make sure we left happy.
This was by far the most welcoming and luxurious stay of our trip. A truly lovely family and an exceptional hotel—we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Both my friend and I agreed this is the best non chained hotel. First the owner, before our stay, she helped us identified the type of tickets we needed for the zhangjiajie national park and also purchased and booked the time for the parks. Next, upon reaching the hotel at 7am, the owner greeded us and offered us free breakfast and reminded our time for the park. After a long day exploring the park, we returned and checked in the hotel and again, we were astonished by the type of room the hotel offered. All finishings are 1st class and in excellent almost new conditions:: Dyson dryer, 3 shower heads options, electronic toilet seat, and the first class bed and took both of us less than 10 minutes to sleep and slept thru the whole night without waking up.

老板娘特别好，定了民宿后主动联系我们，我们出发前就一直在联系，有求必应，一到民宿进房后好智能化阿而且特别干净。所有设施设备都很高级哦，智能马桶，还有超大屏ipad，小朋友玩的不亦乐乎，晚餐后还可以河边散步，生活如此安逸。服务比五星级酒店，帮忙洗衣烘干，早餐也很有仪式感，还可以打包咖啡，要不是赶下个行程，我们都想住多一晚，实在太舒适了。我儿子也好想住多一晚，还说下次还想来入住。

这是我这趟出来旅游住的最舒服的酒店，房间非常干净，设施很好，吹风机用的戴森，洗浴用品智能马桶都是用的大牌，最重要的是床品舒服，绝对不输五星级。服务也很好，我们带的小朋友，中午吃饭不吃啦，老板给蒸的鸡蛋很贴心。睡觉闹中取静，隔音特别好。去超市，吃饭逛街也非常方便，老板定的门票也都非常优惠。来张家界旅游住他们家没错[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]
