I had a super nice stay! The ladies are very nice, and they’re super willing to help you. I had difficulty booking tickets for the avatar mountains and they helped me book it. The rooms are very clean, they provide you with amenities and the cleaning lady comes in everyday to clean your room. I would definitely book again!

We (family of four) visited Zhangjiajie and stayed in Wulingyuan for three nights to see the nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is not far from the east entry ticket gate. We walked from the hotel to the gate several times in two days and took a Didi one day.
There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Even though we arrived much earlier than the check in time, the hotel staff accepted us to check in. With translation apps we communicated and they helped everything. They even offered to purchase the park entry ticket. However, we purchased them from the gate as we wanted to get the discounted price for the children.
There is a laundry in level 2 with two washing machines and two dryers. Detergent pods are also available.
The airconditioning heating system was not heating for several hours. I cleaned the filters and then it was okay.
The front road to the hotel is full of shops selling vegetables, meat and all other stuff and is always busy. The road has many potholes. If you take a taxi or Didi it won't be able to come closer to the hotel due to traffic. So either you can walk about 150m or take the side road which is much better and closer to the main road.

房间小 行李箱放不开 厕所乾湿没分离 空调旧只能制热三分之一屋子 很冷 环境凑合 枕头只有软的高的 别的酒店会配备硬的矮的

这个酒店性价比高便宜而且服务态度好 离景区坐车只需要五分钟 附近早餐和夜宵步行一分钟 还可以帮我们规划路线方便了很多 我和朋友都玩的非常开心?? 下次还来

性价比绝了！房间宽敞明亮，通风效果好，装修简约大气。工作人员态度亲和，有问必答，住得舒心又安心。前台还有创可贴啊 太舒心了 可惜没拍房间的照片

第一次和朋友出游，首先信任携程这个平台，选取了这家酒店，没想到一百多的价格，能有这么舒适，衞生也好，寒冷的冬天，店家还赠送了姜糖，出门在外，小小的糖果，给顾客一种温暖的感觉，下次旅游一定再来

酒店环境非常不错，靠近景点周边有很多吃的很方便，但是厕所洗完澡过后会淹水，非常的不好，厕所没有出热水，要等一会。酒店距离魅力湘西演出很近，东门的的售票也很方便。酒店晚上可能有一点吵，需要带耳塞和眼罩。?

The hotel exceeded my expectations. They upgraded my room for free, and also helped me get tickets for Zhangjiajie Forest National Park at a discount. The hotel has 2 laundry machines and 2 dryers, which was also very useful. The hotel is just 1.2 km away from the Wulingyuan entrance of the national park which is just 6RMB ride from the hotel. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

放假了，出来旅游，第一次住这种酒店，性价比很高，经济实惠，洗衣机，健身房都有，前台服务很好，环境舒适，周边都小吃，离景区也方便。交通也方便
