  Our 3 nights stay at Renjoy was a pleasant one. The staff was very helpful especially Miss Tang Jinling. As foreigners, though we speak a little bit mandarin, we do not know how to read and write in chinese. Miss Tang helped us in ways and beyond to order food, show us directions of places we would like to go and kept us entertained with the activities organized by the hotel to introduce the traditional Chinese culture. We personally like to thank Ms Tang again for looking after us so we'll.

  This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. It’s hard to find any complaints, to be honest. We were greeted by kind and attentive staff who showed us to our room; the room was extremely clean, spacious, and full of light. It was a smoking room that actually didn’t have a smoke smell at all. The entire property is brand new; it almost feels like we are one of the first guests staying there. It also had a delicious breakfast full of options for Westerners. The property is a 15-minute walk from the east entrance of the national park, which we can easily walk to or take a Didi that costs just 1 USD to get there. Very convenient. Next to the hotel are restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlors, various shops for pastries, etc. The entire place of Wulingyuan is very scenic, and we suggest picking it over Zhangjiajie town due to its coziness and peacefulness. If we need to go to ZJJ town, for example, Tianmen Mountain, we can easily take a bus, which is a 10-minute walk from the property and costs around 2 USD per person. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is completely free of charge for cleaning and drying, which is very convenient after a day of walking in the national park. The hotel staff allowed us to do a late check-out at 14:00. The value for money is 10/10. There is nothing else to add except that if we are coming to ZJJ or Wulingyuan, there is no need to look for anything else.
