I spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!

在帕斯顿后面楼羣的AB栋 楼道和房间还可以 公寓式一居 地下车库也挺方便
最大的问题是烟味 刚进屋就有 通半天风总算没了 结果晚上又通过厕所上面的风道传进来 而且厕所没有排风功能 所以根本散不掉
服务还行 説有味就同意更换房间 但是换了还是有味 没办法就凑合了
早餐选择不多 但够吃 送的小孩乐园可以玩半天
下次应该不会再住这 不送滑雪票性价比就不高

两室一厅非常宽敞 主题房间宠物友好 地暖很足 衞生间稍微小了一些 下楼吃饭 滑进滑出非常方便 适合家庭出游及带毛孩子来玩

2 bedroom has a super wide king bed that can sleep 3 person. The other room is 2 super single.
Cleanliness can be better, there should be basic coffee & tea provided in hotel room, however it was not provided. Beds were comfortable, will be better if washer and dryer could be separated instead of a 2 in 1 machine

This was our best Christmas family trip so far! I can’t say enough about this resort! Child friendly, lots for kids to do. Well managed and organized for safety and fun. Great food, great people and the service from all the resort staff was mind blowing, that I couldn’t ask for more. For people who stay far away it can be a little bit of a travel to get to the resort but it is definitely worth it! I highly recommend a week or more stay, or you won’t have enough time to completely enjoy what the resort has to offer.

找了很多只有这家有家庭套房，非常适合一家人带孩子住，整体感觉还可以，早餐也还算丰盛，停车场方便，带孩子建议住B栋主楼，缺点就是酒店走廊的香味儿太刺鼻，一出电梯闻到气味儿头晕

我们订的是两房两厕、一客厅一饭厅，酒店非常新，房间很大和乾净，我们赤脚在房间走一点麈都没有。露台开出去就见到雪山滑道，风景优美。酒店隣近南山里，不用5分钟就到雪场，也算做到「滑入滑出」，还有温泉服务，虽然在雪麓居，有接驳车去，大约15分钟一班车，坐4分钟就到，超方便。台前服务员（小唐）很贴心，每次问题都立刻回应解决，值得比赞

酒店位置在小镇远端，离小镇中心需要接驳车，有自己的雪道（9索）人比其他索道少。附近餐饮丰富价格适中。五人出行定的两间家庭房，前台小赵看我们人多，帮忙升级三房，服务非常人性。房间设施齐全装修很新，这次太舞小镇之行全家都很满意??

昨天住的这里 特别好 服务真的超级好 升级了房型住这个酒店还赠送温泉票 尤其是前台小张真的很好，态度好办理入住也很快。酒店环境不错乾净衞生 有两居室 适合几个朋友出游 性价比比较高 。酒店房间还可以看到高级道。然后昨晚住完今天换到南山南酒店了 前台拽的跟****似的，房间也没这个好 推荐这个

强烈推荐AB Hotel！这次入住体验满分??，酒店环境乾净整洁，设施也很齐全。最要夸的是前台小赵和那个年轻小哥哥，服务超级贴心！办理入住时主动介绍周边美食和游玩路线，全程笑容满面，让人感觉像回家一样温暖。下次来还会选择这里，必须给小赵、小哥哥和酒店点个大大的赞！
