酒店离高铁站很近，很快就能到。房间也很乾净，这个房间从上面可以看到祁连山，非常棒哦！意外惊喜。里面的设施也很新，枕头和床垫特别舒服，有暖气一点也不冷。前台的兴兰小姐姐和Lora很热情的给我们介绍了特色美食，还提醒我们多穿衣服，很暖心??特别推荐这个酒店的洗衣机，晚上回来的迟了，打电话叫鑫鑫的工作人员已经帮我们弄好了，很香很乾净！没想到这里能碰到服务这么好的酒店，如果下次来张掖我还会选择住这里，推荐哦！

服务：很亲和 前台李燕子和刘小刘服务态度好，高效办理入住，还送了入住小礼物，每次进出都会问好，让我有种被重视的感觉，每次入住都会选择希尔顿欢朋酒店，酒店乾净又舒适，位置超便利，步行十分钟可达酒店，房间乾净无异味，床品柔软睡得香，前台服务热情高效，性价比拉满，细节控狂喜！衞生做到无死角，热水足、网速快，隔音效果超棒。其他工作人员有问必答，贴心又不打扰，入住体验远超预期，强烈推荐！下次还来～

离西站很近，步行可以到达。
由于大床型房间大部分是朝向小区的，前台工作人员积极沟通协调换房间，态度好响应快。
客服布草的小姐姐非常好，根据我们前一天入住的习惯，很人性化的增添了房间布置，比如看到我们单独买了水于是第二天给我们多放了几瓶；看到纸巾不够用，除了补充满之后，还额外放了一包面巾纸和一卷桶纸。很nice点赞。
新装修酒店，预订前看评价説没气味，但是实际还有一点的，经过甄别主要味道来自于床背景板的墙纸，对气味敏感的人士还是谨慎选择。

先説优点
酒店位置很好，单独一幢楼乾乾净净，西站出来就能看到。
早饭很好，不是西北那种碳水开会，每天都有好几种不同的荤菜热食。
服务周到，打包叫外卖都很方便，每次进出都有问候。
再説最大的缺点
马桶自动抽水力量巨大会溅出来，这个真的需要调整，每次都要光速站起，也难以避免溅到。。。

The Hampton by Hilton Zhangye West Railway Station hotel is clean with professional and friendly staff. The location is convenient to the Zhangye West Railway Station that is within walking distance. Some staff speak English.

It was an excellent hotel with very good breakfast. Very good location if you want to stay near the train station and plan a trip outside of the city. Although there were no-smoking signs in the hallway, some people still smoked. This made for a slightly smoky smell. A welcome drink and/or fruit in the room would have been nice and could improve the already very good service.

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town.
The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

First time in Zhangye doing the Silk Road. We’re Australians and don’t speak Mandarin. The hotel is brand new and the facilities were great. Service was fantastic and even though the reception couldn’t speak English they were so helpful and we communicated using a translation app to recommend restaurants and help us book transport. The General Manager of the hotel is called Jeffery and he speaks fluent English and was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend this hotel for tourists.
