Hotel is well maintained..but staff service at front desk is not so good.
When asked if there is any local tours available, a curt No withour any further suggestions..very impatient attitude also when asked where to eat...
Stayed for 3 nights and asked for an iron for 3 days..non available...for such a big hotel, only 1 iron and another guest took it...come on, how expensive can a,second iron cost?

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. The amenities are a plus: gym and laundry (but no dryer) for free and swim and massage (worth trying!) available on top. Breakfast is also amazing. Room is very spacious and little welcome gifts are provided, which is cute. However there is a very annoying smell of cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE. I usually don’t mind cigarette smoke but here it was very intense and disturbing. Also, no one in the staff speaks English or is equipped with any translation tool. The personnel seemed annoyed every time we were trying to communicate with them and couldn’t provide any help. So I think for Chinese standards this is a good hotel but I would say it is not the most suitable for international guests.

Good service from staff and hotel, provide free snacks and face mask during our stay. The dinner food is nice and price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

We had a family room with some kids playing field. The hotel is clean and the service staff in general is nice. The breakfast has big variaty. Unfortunately, a lot of people smoke more the less everywhere: Next to the room, on the public floor area, during breakfast, in the elevator,… Also we had a fridge running with our Baby Food in, but during our absence, the Plug was removed, and all the Food got noneatable… The rooms are quite dark, especially compared to the pictures. The Parking is quite messy, signs are missing.

Love this place. Nice and spacious room/suite. Good gym and pool (pool is on the smaller side). Love the free washers and clothes hanging space.

We had an overall pleasant stay in this hotel. Although it is a 5-10 minute walk away from the large shopping malls and the city center, it has many amenities nearby. I would like to commend the service crew in this hotel, all of them were nice, polite and displayed professionalism in their work, they took care of my needs well throughout my stay and I really appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices including local delicacies and some Chinese street snacks. As a foreigner, I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Zhangye, it would definitely enhance your stay.

The hotel amazing! What amazed us the most is that they prepared for us hot water for legs, and the mask for the face! What to say, come to this hotel!

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.
