  出差路过郑州，选择儿子学校附近的皇冠入住，位置很好，距离学校，地铁口都很近，走着就可以去了！ 房间很好，很舒服，还有水果迎接，非常棒哦！服务也很赞，尤其小张美女，很亲切，很贴心！ 早餐也很丰富哦，坐在宽敞的窗边用餐，望着窗外的绿意，很是惬意！

  入住前客服小张主动来电，细致询问需求，我提了要舒适枕头和孩子过生日，她都认真记下。到店后惊喜满满：房间不仅备好柔软枕头，还专门做了生日布置，装点得特别温馨。赠送了精致生日蛋糕，孩子非常喜欢。床品舒适，搭配定制枕头更是一夜好眠，早餐丰富多样。虽位置偏，但自驾停车方便，下次来高新区还选这。

  Very clean rooms and excellent staff at front desk. They upgraded me to a larger room. And gave a free moon cake gift. Breakfast also had a fantastic buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.

  Room is well decorated and with good supply. The bell person is very caring and to ensure that I settled in the room comfortably. The breakfast is amazing - varieties of food just makes me want to stay and eat the whole day. ??
