Disappointed! ?I stayed here for 3 nights for business. ?Thought it was a Marriott brand and shouldn't be an issue but I was surprised of my experience. ?The hotel is a bit run down where the furniture are chipped and scraped. ?Stain on the carpeting and bathroom tiles are broken and stained. ?Had to change room because the AC was not working, but the second room was no better. ?WIFI was so slow that I have to resolve to my phone's hotspot. ?Only saving grace is that the staff tried at least to be helpful. Won't stay here again!

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and they could speak perfect English. Rooms were big and clean, with as always free water and tea. I will book again when I come back next time.

出差去过很多城市住过很多酒店，这家艾美是真的让我觉得最特别，整体装修风格时尚大气，酒店处处都值得去探索发现，明明是法国品牌前台后面居然是流动的清明上河图，这神仙搭配绝了，还有酒店的服务也是超赞了，下车行李生就接住行李送到前台办完入住又给送进电梯，进门还有小姐姐帮忙测量体温消毒，疫情期间也是很到位了，前台办理入住的小哥哥和小姐姐们体贴细心且耐心，知道我第一次入住，认真给我介绍酒店设备设施，很难忘的入住体验，如果下次出差一定还会首选这家艾美，棒极了
