説句实话：作为五星酒店并不合格，第一：膈音不行,酒店正好在风口，晚上这个呼呼呼的声音太想了。第二：突然没有网络了，我问前台什么时候好或许怎么处理，就是不知道，连道歉的都没有！普通酒店我觉得可以理解，五星级应该是差评！

They upgraded us to a suite room which was really nice. The rooms were abit dated but it was in a style that was grand with dark wood furniture, so no complaints about the room. Breakfast variety was great and had good western options.

酒店整体体验非常出色，服务热情周到，特别感谢Sherry，非常暖心，给我提供了很多帮助，让我的郑州之行很圆满。
房间宽敞舒适、设施齐全，尤其是大堂的法式穹顶 设计极具特色，晚上有小提琴现场独奏，配上灯光～氛围感很好～
早餐品种很多，不管是西式还是中式的，都有我特别喜欢的～强推自制的黄豆酱，配上煎饼果子，绝绝子～～

It was our second hotel in Zhengzhou and it was great.
Staff is great, especially Vicky and Rita were super friendly.
The variety of food for breakfast was also impressive. And! The food was really tasty.
Will definitely come back again.

Took a weekend train trek to Zhengzhou from Xi’an, and really enjoyed the kind locals of the city. Sofitel is an amazing place to stay.
Vicky, Lily, and Hao welcomed me to check in early with a nice upgrade. Everyone is bilingual also. The lobby is beautiful and overlooks the restaurant while beneath sky dome lighting. Extremely clean place.
Beds are comfortable and amenities are of many. The park nearby is a charming sight. Massage and spa available. In the center of everything as well, so one can trek in all directions for things to do. I chose the culture, creative, and street blocks on the west side. The train station is just 20 minutes. Museum is north and more attractions south. Historical park next to the property.

excellent hotel, excellent service. Excellent staff could not recommend enough. Rooms were fantastic food was amazing and service was even better. I left my iPad in the room and they could not have been more helpful. They got it sent to me in Beijing straight away and kept in contact with me all the way through the process the staff are amazing. ? Special mention to miaomiao我是喵喵喵 who was so helpful in exchanging money and dealing with my left ipad. would 100% recommend this hotel
