酒店服务细节做的很好，房间面积大，备品齐全。性价比很高的五星级！感谢Hannah和wendy的提前安排，服务很热情礼貌，各方面安排的很妥当。房间的打扫和用品补充的也很及时！下次来就不犹豫了，直接选择镇江苏宁银河酒店。

跨年夜选择了这家酒店，才知道上次住的时候前台给免费升级了豪华大床房??这次因为跨年没法升级了，不过房间也不错。就是没那么大。第二天起床发现楼顶都白啦，下雪咯~不过酒店的泳池有点太凉了，空调效果不太行，没敢带宝宝下去??另外，上次説的未主动告知一楼停车券的问题，这次也有所改善，总体来説这家酒店还是不错的选择！

跨年期间入住贵酒店，此次入住恰逢我和老公的蜜月纪念日，真的要特别感谢你们的贴心布置！房间里毛巾叠的两只天鹅精致又可爱，玫瑰花瓣铺得浪漫十足，还有赠送的红酒和蛋糕，瞬间让整个纪念日充满了仪式感。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, with a fantastic Texas BBQ restaurant just a short walk away.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing — very limited selection and overpriced. For much less, you can find an excellent Chinese breakfast nearby.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing.
This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini ???? I would 100% recommend and come back here.

Prime location, excellent breakfast, room is spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and quality of linen is very good. The staff is kind and courteous.
