  服务特别好，大概是晚上6:00左右到店，酒店到达机场十几分钟，免费给房间升级！服务特别好，有求必应！ 因为第二天要去山上，需要一些现金跟前台兑换也很及时，能满足你的基本上都会满足。服务真的没得説太好了，只可惜在这里只住了一个晚上，下次来可以安排几个晚上周边转一下。 景色很美，这个酒店也很新，没有什么味道非常好，周边吃喝娱乐都很方便，很多比较出名的餐厅都在周边。

  To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

  I have a pleasant stay in this hotel. Great view from my room. Heart and Domi were very friendly and helpful. Will return next time.
