Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

非常好的入住体验，房间乾净，停车方便，特别表扬前台大叔，热情周到，嘘寒问暖，家人表示下次来舟山依然住该酒店。

又一年来普陀山烧香拜佛 一如既往选择这家开元名庭
这次运气好还给我升级了豪华套房～
妈妈和我都很满意这家酒店
性价比高 交通便利 靠近半升洞码头 还可以和酒店提前预约码头酒店接送！！这个真的太好了
前台和几位经理都很客气友善
ps楼下的早餐也很划算 味道不错又乾净
明年再来～～

房间乾净整洁，前台因为我们家两个小孩特地为我们免费升级了房间。清明入住人不是很多，附近交通比较方便，酒店有免费班车接送半升洞码头。司机推荐的饭店菜品衞生可口，可以去菜场买上喜欢的去店里加工。以后去普陀山烧香还会选择这家酒店。

这个酒店地理位置太棒了，高家庄、东河路菜场、码头都很近！酒店有人送你到码头，工作人员还帮忙升级了房型！楼下还有个小饭店，带鱼一类的新鲜味美！

房间烟味比较重，可能酒店时间比较久了，有些设施不能正常工作，不过整体环境还可以，地理位置较优越，属于老城区了。
