入住当天晚上十点就没热水，早上八点半还是没有热水，放了25分钟都没出热水，前台一个戴眼镜的中年女服务员质疑我説是不是方向开反了，我想説冷热水我还是能分清的，后来与房管确认了一下，应该是早上时间热水供应不足出现的情况，虽説这个理由很牵强，但是也比前台回覆的让人能接受，住了好多次这个酒店，最差的就是这次了，希望不要再出现没有热水的情况了，也希望前台的服务人员能按常理分析问题，不要出现问题的时候用她的智商去质疑客人的智商

冰箱里麪添加了小瓶的饮料，是加分项。服务的细节差点，比如牙刷是分A、B款的，以示分人而用。但该酒店却全都是同一款；洗衣房的烘乾机坏了一个，虽又添加一个洗烘一体机，但看起来像咸鱼上的买的。其他均还可以吧，

The staff were accommodating and friendly. Big breakfast was free with a variety of food from Chinese to western.

Location is nearby ferry port to Putou island. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and overall stays was enjoyable.

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)
