前台小姐姐服务优质热情，不仅帮升级了房型，还协助办理延时退房，解决了很多问题，酒店不错，窗外海景很棒，下次再来应该会是优先备选的。

原本预订的高级海景大床，前台服务员小姐姐人美心善，给我升级行政大床，躺在床上就可以看到侧面落地窗外的海景山景以及大剧院.
酒店服务也很到位，我需要创口贴也及时让机器人小可爱送到房间，很满意??
入住当天还有欢迎水果??，很新鲜～

Excellent Ocean views from our Room.
Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more.
Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food.
Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks.
You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby.
No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services.

周五入住，也许因为疫情的原因，人不是很多，酒店给免费升级了海景套房，很不错，各种设施都很新，服务也相当给力，全五星好评
