酒店给每一间房配有管家服务，小胡管家很用心，从前期预约接送，到入住各项细节提醒。期间有任何需求都尽力服务到位，倍感温暖！此次家庭出游，很喜欢这里，下次会多住几天，好好感受柏沅带来的普陀之乐！

Best hotel in Putuoshan . Rooms are big and clean , , amenities are high standard . Very new and high quality hotel . There are not many shops or restaurants around . 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop . And 8 min walk to Fayu temple .
Will definitely stay there again.

入住柏沅酒店简直是一场全方位的享受！踏入酒店，清幽雅致的环境瞬间让人卸下疲惫，处处透露着高级感。客房衞生细节满分，床品乾净蓬松，桌面纤尘不染，连角落都挑不出瑕疵。最惊喜的是餐厅的菜品，每一道都色香味俱全，从招牌菜到特色小食，口感层次丰富，舌尖的满足感让人念念不忘。从环境、衞生到餐饮，博源酒店用实力诠释了什么是品质服务，强烈推荐给所有追求高品质体验的朋友！下次出行，这里绝对是我的首选！最值得赞扬的是礼宾小苏特别有耐心，为人善良友爱，好评100分。

I initially thought the hotel had opened less than a year ago, but the room was surprisingly dirty. The carpet was full of stains, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. This feels like a typical “social media hotel”, focused more on aesthetics than actual guest experience. They also only have one car for seaport transportation; we ended up waiting over half an hour at the port. Overall, very overrated.
