Terrible room service, they keep knocking the door every 10 minutes in the morning to clean the room instead of waiting for the guest to leave first. Very annoying. Rooms are not clean at all!!!

Lovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.

Very nice hotel and the view of the sea is very nice! Highly recommended for vacation if you want to have fun in the beach.

酒店位置不错，离东沙很近，出门就是海，环境很好。房间很大，服务很赞很贴心，前台小姐姐有主动服务意识，这点朋友说一定要给个赞????
