位置很好，就在拱北口岸及珠海城轨站旁边，步行前往很近，价格不贵，以此位置及房价，房间质素及尺寸绝对合格，职员亲切有礼，酒店下面有很多餐饮选择。而且就在壁画村旁边可以一看。

酒店地理位置优越交通便刮而且邻近各大食肆商场，对面就是轻轨站和巴士站非常方便是旅游探亲必选的酒店，加上酒店前台黄嘉盈小姐态度非常友善亲切而且非常用心贴心以后还会继续来住和介绍朋友来

经历过上次不愉快经历，今次酒店给我的感觉是超级棒，果然是一间会看留言进步的酒店！前台登记人员十分有礼，房间应该是免费升级了，在珠海可算是第一次住这么大的房间！十分乾净整洁！
退房时职员主动带路去穿梭升降机，还在关门一刻微微点头微笑，工作热诚及态度真的要给200分

周边；周边十分十分方便，到拱门关口只是几分钟时间，十分方便！楼下已经有很多食肆，很多选择，位置非常非常好！
服务：服务不错，唯一是写了要床栏却没有预先加给我们，要到酒店后再同前台讲先会加给我们

酒店位置很方便，距离拱北口岸五分钟，过澳门玩超快速。独立一栋酒店，不是小酒店那种共用大堂，环境设施维护不错，没有旧旧的感觉。
服务方面，如果是五星酒店的话，贴心度一般，前台check in时，同行朋友证件显示当天生日，也没有收到一句生日快乐。当天要入住，也提过很晚才会回酒店，寄存行李后也没有帮忙送到房间，这边有少许失望。
不过也谢谢酒店的生日布置和小蛋糕，联络方面希望能提供微信或电子邮件的联络方式，以港客来说，比较少能用打电话这个方法联络酒店，我自己也是找了各大平台才找到酒店小编，这点比较不方便。

酒店位置非常好，距火车站一步之遥，步行几百米即可到达拱北口岸，出行非常方便，自助早餐很好很丰富，可惜这次房间偏小，空间略显局促，稍有遗憾

Very close to border crossing to Macau.
Big underground market nearby.

The hotel's location is near the border gate at Zhuhai-Marco. Excellent service and location.

The hotel is across the street from Gongbei border. It has a good rooftop, swimming pool. The reception staff is nice but restaurant staff not so much. Also breakfast is supposed to start at 6:30, however except for some bread and yoghurt there was no food. There was also a cockroach crawling around the bread plates, I pointed it out to the staff and they killed it but didn't really comment on it. We chose a non-smoking room but even though the sheets were clean the pillow inside and the covers were really stinky, so they obviously don't separate smoking from non-smoking rooms.
