酒店如果以硬件来说，性价比非常高，房间有洗衣乾衣机，雪柜及厨房，非常适合长途公干／情侣夫妻庆祝。
然而，酒店服务实在令人惊讶。首先，厨具是要收额外清洁费，但入住期间厨具是从没有清洁，连正常提供的杯都没有清洁。外出一整天回到房间，见到整盘使用过的碗碟没有清洁，直接向前台投诉，当值经理话一般是在客人入住期间不会清洁厨具。之后我们再问为何没有提供简单清洁用品如百洁布及洗洁精，答覆竟然是我们作为住客疏忽，没有提出要求。听完觉得简直系匪疑所思，呢个根本是房间衞生问题，如果每一件是都要住客去处理，那我回家住吧。面对投诉，当值经理以敷衍的态度提出免去100大元的清洁费想打发我们离开，但问题是没有解决，第二天再外出回去，厨具依然没有清洁，亦没有提供清洁用品，而且清洁费是一文钱都没有免去。
另外，房间是禁烟房间，但窗台留有烟灰，地板上的鞋印亦没有清理走，枱面上的咖啡粉亦没有清理，浴室亦没有打扫。整体来说，只有补充梳洗用品及简单清走垃圾，房间打扫极度马虎。当我们向经理投诉，经理直接卸责给清洁同事，不负责任。
楼层有住客于公众地方公然吸烟，当然亦不会处理。
入住期间，4部电梯，2部坏掉，1部是职员专用，只有1部是供客人使用，而整座酒店有二十多层，每层都有大约十间房，一部电梯根本不足应付人流。
其实酒店是连锁店，今次的入住体验简直是不能接受，整个过程突显出酒店的管理层不知所谓，毫无负起管理者应有的责任，遇事卸责，应变能力差。

因去澳门看表演，选择了接近横琴口岸的丽呈酒店。距离横琴口岸车程大约10分钟。
卫生不错，房间乾净。
不过洗手间的枱面有些水杯印。马桶冲力很好。花洒水温有时会出现过热的情况，而切换水龙头的手把好像有点问题，难以转换。水压一般。
冷气正常，温度和风量足够。
中西式早餐，选择不多且味道一般，当作维持生命就好。早餐建议还是**外卖更多选择。
前台服务员应多加培训。取房时没有说明早餐时段、楼层、退房时间等资讯。虽然酒店是四星级，但服务方面比三星级的宜必思酒店还有更多进步空间。

Stayed at Rezen Hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately the room assigned, the aircon was broken and it took the hotel about 3 hours to get us a new room in the evening which was inconvenient and the hotel did not apologies. Furthermore the room was a downgraded room from my actual booking. Other than this issue, the location of the hotel is good and near Chimelong with free parking. The bathroom is well kept and big (for the more expensive room), and the facilities was good and clean. I would book again in the hoping they can provide service more quicker.

Hotel is in a quiet corner of the city, but not too far from each border point to Macau. 10 mins RMB 15 can bring you to the nearest high speed railway station.

Our group went for Marathon. Nice to have one set simple breakfast for us at 05:00.
Our room 1602 had good window view but not have open kitchen and washing machine.
Hotel was a bit far away the mall. No shops or convenience store nearby.
Overall, nice hotel.
