总体可以，前台没有过分热情，索要好评。中间遇到一点小问题，也积极解决了。
整体属于亚朵较早的装修风格，没有智能马桶和电动窗帘，胜在位置方便，对面就是澳门，离长隆不超过20分钟。去澳门看赛车方便

看全运会比赛选的房间，距离口岸大概8公里多一点，但是不堵车20分钟左右就可以到了。相比澳门来説真的性价比很高了。
设施：整体房间很大有露台，就是距离电梯近有店点吵，如果睡得轻的还是要选远离电梯的房间哈。其他内部设施都非常好，很乾净！
服务：服务是最让人惊喜的，所有员工都是笑容满面又很亲切周到！有问题都会给你尽量满足解决！点赞哦

升级了带露台的澳门海景房，景观开阔，可以晒太阳晒衣服。洗手间与淋浴间乾湿分离，又宽敞，但淋浴头的水温不是很稳定。停车场有点窄，挺考验驾车者的技术。早餐比较丰富，洗衣房有烘乾机。酒店离湾仔口岸近，去澳门方便。工作人员热情耐心，客人住得舒心。

This was my second stay at the ATOUR hotel in Zhuhai. As expected, service was friendly, and the hotel remained clean and well-managed — consistent with the high standard I’ve come to associate with ATOUR.
However, the room I stayed in this time. while it did have a window, faced the back of the building and was unfortunately quite noisy due to an external exhaust fan.
Also, the glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was too transparent, offering too little privacy for the toilet area. While not fully exposed, the visibility was uncomfortable and impractical, especially when sharing the room.
Aside from that, everything else was great. But based on both stays, I’d say: spend a bit more on an upgraded room if you value peace, quiet, and privacy.

Hotel location very close to the pier. There is 7-11 , KFC and laundry room downstairs. My room is new and spacious, good that two types of pillow are provided, but the door is not sound-proof, anyone walking by or talking (even small talk) can be heard clearly, cannot really sleep in the morning when kids running / people keep walking to and returning from the breakfast area. Breakfast not worth $50, food choice and quality below standard.

the rooms are super clean. All the staff are very kind and friendly. they all did excellent jobs.unlimited water bottles. rooms fully supplies with amenities & beverages. we will definitely return back to stay here again.
