酒店位置非常不错，交通方便，但唯一不足房间面积比较小。不过卫生环境还挺好，特别服务员打扫很仔细认真，还很热情。特别是8月1—3号打扫D312房的保洁，真的太暖心了！我因为旅途劳累，一直睡懒觉，她中途好几次在门外都没有进来打扫，直到11点后我开门，，她才非常客气的打扫，我离房时手机落桌子上，她发现了第一时间追出来喊我！真的很感谢，问她姓名，也不讲，就听到姓gu 是个短头发40左右的姐姐。谢谢??你啦

失望，不会再住！以前住过的，看着位置决定再来，但这次体验太差了！
①停车场入口处有一个顺丰快递仓库！24小时货车堵着上下货…进场受阻，极不方便！
②停车场很小，车位很窄！过道也窄，弯道也窄，停车很难！车位不够保安经常安排在拐角处出口处占道停车，出入非常不方便！
③早上退房取车，发现车门被碰撞凹进，一看就是旁边的车猛开车门撞的，看到保安过来想问他，他瞄到了迅速转身离开了……
④房间电视打不开，叫服务员来打开了又关不了…
⑤有些硬件设施老旧磨损大，卫生间连个脏毛巾收纳框都没有，用完都不知道丢哪里…
也就地理位置占优，前台服务不错。不会再来！

This is my second stay in this hotel and it has a nice vibe to it, situated on a quiet street just within walking distance to the coast. However, there aren't any bus routes near the hotel so you may need to rely on taxis or a 10-15 minute walk to the closest stop. While the staff did appear friendly, they seemed to ask a lot of questions on the Reception Desk. The breakfast could be improved to provide some bread or other options that could be served up until the end of the breakfast period. When we arrived in the last half an hour of breakfast service, there weren't many options available.

距离拱北关口步行约23分钟 不算很方便。 在拱北口岸巴士总站 尾班公车约晚上十时半开出。如果打车才9元，可以接受。酒店附近就是水湾路，很多情侣去的地点，也有好像香港兰桂坊的酒吧街， 喜欢夜蒲的人最适合。 到附近 吃夜宵的小店 步行不到十分钟 算很方便。 不竟是四星级酒店，设施讲究， 环境清静，值得推介。

服务态度真的很好，里面还有小冰箱是我没有想到的，这个价位平均下来一晚上才一百，物超所值。但是附近没什么商业街什么的，但是喜欢散步的话可以去情侣南路，这里离那里挺近的，吹着海风。去日月贝建议搭公交车（要走几十分钟）和约车。总的来说出乎意料的好，毕竟100多一晚要什么自行车。真心推荐

Everything was good except 2 things. Aircon took time to cool, not ideal during day time especially near summer. Also, the glass door of the washroom was not able to close intact. A loud bang sound could be heard when it's closed.
