Nice clean and new, if you perfer your drinks warm then you love it here bc probably for eco reasons, their rooms are refrigerator free, go green ?? beautiful stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were also struggling with booking a car ride and the mobile payment system but they never hesitated to help us! Location is also extremely convenient. Would love to stay here again!

There is no river view for this property despite information provided by trip.com which forms a part of decision to stay there.
The hotel is not ready for business. Gas pipe is not installed so there was no restaurant working in hotel. The breakfast paid for was delivered to the room since there was no eating place within restaurant. Breakfast is cold.
The security lock on the door did not seem to have installed -no lock mechanism inside the knob. Dust is around window.
Staff works hard in helping. Only thing I found satisfactory. There was only that much they could do.
