This hotel is a short taxi ride from the railway station and a moderately short walk away from the seaside. A decent location supplemented by an affordable web hailing car service in Zhuhai. There is a decent restaurant adjacent to the hotel entrance too (see photos) with heartwarming soup and tasty cauliflower. But nothing else seemed nearby, so its location though decent is not extremely impressive. This Atour hotel has at least three self service washers and dryers each shared among its guests. (Service was excellent: my dried clothes were promptly placed outside my door by the staff). The small and simple mini-gym has two cardio machines and one bench with some dumbbell free weights. That is sufficient to make it better than many Ji Hotels. In the very clean room, Atour’s pillows are substantial in stuffing (which I prefer) and its in-room slippers are fluffy and very comfortable, both of which are superior to that provided by many other similar hotel chains such as Ji Hotels. Pricewise, Atour in Zhuhai was about 435 RMB per night when I booked it. A fair price. Breakfast was not bad but nothing to rave about. In short, this is a decent place for the price.

酒店前台职员有礼貌态度好，房间整洁，相比其他酒店房间有快充USB插头，这个我真系觉得非常之好?，餐厅枱与枱之间的空间感好足，美中不足的是餐厅座位比较少?！

应该是新开的酒店，亚朵的设施和衞生都没的説，服务态度很好，新客给我升级到了行政大床房，一楼有简易图书馆，有个长桌很适合加班??早餐丰富。唯独有一点可能是亚朵的通病，隔音效果不是很好，瑕不掩瑜。
总体来説住的非常满意，住宿优选。

没有对比性就没有伤害。住到了企鹅酒店。才发现亚朵是多么多好。亚朵不管是服务还是客服。大大的赞。设施比较新智能化。像企鹅太老旧了。还没有制冷功能。亚朵是真棒。尤其客务人员。我手里找不到了。客务人员借我手机找到了。非常感谢。那个小帅哥

房间乾净整齐，自助早晨丰富
缺点：
前台服务一般，缺乏经验。酒店与Trip.com平台沟通不足，资讯错误。我一家5口（2大3小）订了两间家庭房。到酒店登记时因为才中午12点，房间还未打扫十分理解。但是当时前台没有察觉3个小朋友未满16岁，而且1个房间在9楼，另一个房间在3楼也没有跟我们说。到了晚上10点左右拿房间的时候才解释，责任推在订房平台上。最终是自己要求1个房间降级才能安排同一楼层。
另外wifi特别差，弄了一个晩上也没办法上网。而且前台登记混乱，1个房间用我太太名字，另外一个房间竟然用我女儿（15岁）的名字登记。乜现在不足16岁可以登记入住酒店房吗？
要求多加2个枕头，前台竟然说每个房间只配该有的数量，再3要求才肯提供。
另外房间电话不能拨打到其他房间，这样对于小朋友睡在另外一个房间是很不安全。
总结这家酒店连3星都不如，虽然房间设施优越，但没有好好利用，员工培训不足，酒店管理层有很大责任。

距离九州港非常近，可步行到爱情邮局，海滨公园等，新开酒店环境不错，早餐也很好。前台妹妹服务很好，还帮我们选择房间，洗衣房方便。
