位置很好，离火车站步行十多分钟，此次入住高级灰套房，3室1厅，空间宽广而且乾净，景色美、22号管家很有礼貌，服务热心，下次去旅游还会再入住

房间与相片不符合，洗手间多处有严重污渍，雪柜有被饮用过的水，被子有破洞，花洒水压不够，枕头薄如纸一般，六人入住只得五对子拖鞋，其中一对有严重污渍。

Versailles Apartment (Zhuhai Gongbei Port) is a dirty and dishonest apartment :
1) The hotel had not returned RMB 200 immediately when we checked out. The staff said the deposit will return to us on or before 8pm on 8 August 2025. We trusted her but Until 3am on 9 August, we still not yet got the deposit refund. I have to ask Trip.com to follow up and got the refund finally.
2) the room is full of smoke smell although the hotel claimed that is a non smoking room.
3) the bed sheet is dirty with a shoe print on the white bed sheet.
4) the floor of the apartment room is extremely dirty and sticky.

In general the area is great and it's near everything. They have an underground parking, however it is extremely tight and require some skill to get into a spot. The apartment itself is clean and is the same as listed in the ad. The only complain I had this time was when I told them that I needed a bit longer for the check out (ie 12:30 instead of 12) and they told me to write a good review before they will waive the surcharge which I think is not a good practice.

I don't recommend this hotel if you are non-smokers. The smoking smell so bad for a non-smoking room. The floor and the tables are no clean properly.

Nice apartment. Near Gongbei port to Macau and Zhu Hai Railway Station. 24hour front desk service(can easily communicate through wechat app) Helpful and responsive staff. They provide washing machine + dryer and detergent for laundry in house. ??Just one thing I don't like is the room is full of smoking smell(there is no non-smoking room available in this hotel). But staff try their best to help me settle this issue????????
