房间入住非常快，设施完全，有全身镜，多插座，电视，落地窗光线好，浴室水压大，空调是中央空调，没有直吹，床舒服，装修非常新，四楼隔音比较好

给的房间热水器坏的，水台是堵的，衞生是很脏的。打电话给前台了，派了维修人员，然后换了个房间，第二个房间里面的地板有个很大的外卖盖子，真想象不到是怎么搞的衞生，别和我説节假日人员爆满工作人员辛苦什么的，节假日我是给了节假日的房费的，连衞生都搞不好。枕头不舒服，叫加个枕头，嘴上説着答应，然后一点下文都没有。还有就是很吵，后面就是一大片工地施工，白天噪音很大，但是一点都没有提示的，订房间的时候没有説的，真的真的很差，就前台的小姐姐态度好点。

The location is very good. There are many restaurants around. However, the room is a bit small, we have 3 persons live in a room, we felt that the space is not enough as expected. For 1-2 persons, I think the room size is good enough!

They only gave 1 access card & when requested, Jane refused to give another access card. Only after arguing that there is 2 pax, did she gave me another access card. She also refuse to let me know my room number as i didn't take note earlier. I'm really doubtful if it's indeed 4 star status. Is this the type of service we get from a 4 star status hotel. Shame on you!

Very nice place , love the Aroma when you step inside filled with pleasant floral accents and service is nice with a super.market close by and plenty to eat , also have a night club next to it incase you wanna dance the night away , I recommend this place

My first time stay at Kingdo Hotel. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and warm. They give free advices and tips on shopping places, dim sum restaurants, moving around in Zhuhai city area etc. This hotel is walking distance to supermarkets, wet markets, Gongbei immigration , local eateries and shops. Location is extremely convenient. Room and bed are comfortable and nice. My most enjoyable holiday in Zhuhai. Will surely be back again !

I love this hotel so much. Its near to Gongbei port (border of Macao) I'm having my good and comfortable rest. I love everything about this hotel. The shower is good. I got my room at the higher level so the view was so nice.
