第一次入住丽柏酒店，总体感觉是非常舒适的。
环境：乾净整洁，房间不是特别大，偏年轻化设计。
服务：前台热情，还专门给升级了房型。房间里备好耳塞眼罩，感觉很细心。还有专门用于体验的枕头，多种选择满足不同需求。

My experience at this hotel was terrible. The front desk staff were rude, and the cleaning lady left her equipment blocking my room. When I asked why there was no hand wash lotion—a basic amenity—she dismissively told me to use the shampoo instead. The lack of professionalism, hygiene, and courtesy at this hotel is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Good place to stay if you have business in this part of Xhuhai. New, clean, and well equipped. Staff don't speak English, though.
