After a little confusion booking the wrong branch of Tea Boutique Hotel (there are two in Hangzhou) we enjoyed our stay. With the confusion I had expected there to be a bath in the room but there wasnt, however the shower was nice nonetheless.
The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel and surrounding area had a nice feeling. The walk to the West Lake took about 10 minutes and there are some nice hiking routes closer to the hotel but it was very difficult to get a taxi on the main road and the front desk were not very helpful in getting us a taxi.
I would recommend a stay at the hotel, though I feel the other branch may be a slightly better choice for its location and facilities.

整体还可以，具体景区也不是很远，但是周边环境嘈杂，也不是很干净，早餐太鸡肋了，一份很贵而且只能选一份

大环境好，在青芝坞内，周边遍布各色民宿及特色餐饮，离浙大玉泉区很近，东边离西湖景区也不远，走走可以到了。房间提供免费虎跑泉水，茶叶，挺温馨。停车位很多，可能是青芝坞收费贵吧，一天60元，不过酒店每天可以提供一次24小时停车免费，多次出入就另外算啦。

酒店门口就有停车位挺方便的，第一次订的时候房间非常大，同样的房型第二次订房间要小很多。和酒店前台商议的时候被告知就是不一样的！？差别那么大为什么写着同样房型同样价格？感觉被骗了，本着出门在外多一事不如少一事的原则不争辩了。下次是不会再住了！酒店门口有家网红餐厅，排队人数非常多，味道还不错。
