  We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam. Check-in was prompt and smooth, which made arrival very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - perfect for resting after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. The food was nice overall, though it would be even better with more variety or occasional changes to the menu. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Pum from Housekeeping. My children accidentally left a shopping bag at the Level 24 lift lobby while waiting for the lift, and Pum kindly kept it aside for us. We truly appreciate the honesty and helpfulness shown—thank you for the excellent service. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, and I would be happy to return again.

  酒店的早餐很丰富，地点很方便出行，酒店周围很多食店，大型的购物商场在附近，打车也很方便，是理想的休闲酒店，房间也很乾净。

  早餐一家人四天花了一千马币非常不值得，因为菜色普通而且两天是重复的，如果下次有机会再回去住我不会再加早餐。清洁房间人员不错，柜枱人员如果有提出服务要求脸上的态度会显的不耐烦这不是四五星级酒店前台该有的态度需要再加强。executive lounge的人员很友好很有笑容

  很漂亮 服务很好 值得来住 而且地方位置也不错 我特别喜欢他们有送鸡尾酒 下午茶这个概念 特别的温馨 而且很有家的感觉

  这是我每次到曼谷都去会选择的酒店，位置很方便适合我，衞生也很好，前台服务员也很贴心 因为我説我朋友第一次入住他们家酒店加上他们是来蜜月旅游的，他们还为他们的房间简单的布置了感谢她们的用心

  这么危险的泳池。你敢去吗？ 一出??便要经过工地走廊才可以去到泳池？安全吗？ ?泳池、（还说局部开放）健身室关闭我的天呀?还说局部开放

  This is my second time to stay here and loved the hotel’s cleanliness , location and courteous staff from the front desk (Teow ) who readily assisted my wife in charging her IPhone for 4 days (every night)since we forgot her charger, the housekeeping who was very cheerful whenever we asked for water, and to the security who treated my wound for 2 nights with Betadine and band aid. The only problem is that the swimming pool and bar at the 9th floor was closed as we were looking forward to enjoying the facility. Over all we were very happy with our stay..

  This is located above the Pratunam Shopping mall in the heart of Bangkok. It is strategic with many amenities and malls within reach. It was a short walk to other larger malls such as Big C, Centralworld etc. We love that it had family rooms - double deckers for the kids and a king size bed for the parents. It was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a good blend of pleasure, fitness and feasting - we had daily breakfast buffet and the spread was good, rotating their key dishes within the week. The gym was reasonably large with new workable equipments. The housekeeping was efficient - rooms were done by late morning to early noon. We were given sufficient drinking water (instead of strictly 1 per pax per day, as supposed the rule of some hotels). We were given extra pillows, and they were medium-hard ones as per requested. We were also given sufficient boxes of tissue when we requested for extras to bring during our day trips. On the side, we were given markers and ropes for our large purchases which we boxed up. It was overall a pleasant and great stay.

  Not our first time staying in Novotel Pratunam and we’ll always stay here whenever our Bangkok trip revolves around shopping and food! Perfect location! Walking distance to Chid Lom BTS Station, stone’s throw away from Central World, right next to Platinum Shopping Mall and tons of food options around! The only downside is that the traffic condition here is always congested but this won’t be an issue if you choose to take the BTS to go around.

  Been 5 years since i went to bkk, have always stayed in this hotel for it’s prime location and cleanliness. Still as good… no issue with check in, easy with my request for late check out. They deco-ed the room for my anniversary, although i remembered we had an additional cake pre-covid.
