Nice room with great view and convenient location! The hotel connects to the R walkway which will connect you into several big malls in walkable distance. Regular malls on 1st - 6th floor. Street vendors with local food next to the hotel.

地理位置很好，只是房间设施有点差。
冲凉的水时冷时热，床褥也是很软。
早餐种类很多，可是吃了三天基本没有工作人员会过来收盘，这点是蛮差的

Very nice hotel, location is superb! Walking distance to BTS. Opposite a lot of massage too. Booked the family room, perfect for families with children.

Really great hotel! Requested them for a little birthday surprise and came into the room with a banner and delicious cake! Very good effort by the hotel staff! The only troublesome thing is that to get to the room from the building entrance you need to take 2 different lifts so it's a bit troublesome.. But otherwise, location of the hotel is great and easily accessible to the different mallsand massage places in the surrounding area!

This is our 3rd stay at Novotel Platinum Pratunam and it's also another great stay just like the previous two.
The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed great views from the 24th floor of the hotel room.
Breakfast also has a lot of choice and never repeated for the 5 nights we stayed. We just wished there were a bit more meat dishes.
The highlight of our every day staying at the hotel was the executive lounge that serves delicious small bites from 5-7pm. There are always 4 delicious finger foods, and 4 desserts daily, and they never repeated for any of the days. We were also happy with the service provided by Best and Alin in the lounge.
All in all, another enjoyable stay at the novotel again and we look forward to returning again next year.

Excellent location and staff were friendly and helpful.
We arrived early and left our luaagae at the hotel as our room was not ready.
Easy access to shopping mall next to Hotel and Big C supermarket and Central World mall.

We stayed in Novotel from 27/10/24-1/11/24. Room was clean and cosy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, just next to Platinum. Highly recommended.

酒店位置理想方便，价钱算合理性价比。早餐一流，有照顾到素食者和小孩，有特别另外一个摊位。
曼谷市中心区，基本上走路可以去到很多地方，?基本上走路可以去到很多地方，只是天气炎热，走路会很辛苦。车多人多，过马路比较危险。酒店对面?酒店对面就是碧斯200 米左右就是big C 和 Central World, 只是天气炎热，走路会很辛苦。车多人多，过马路比较危险。因为曼谷塞车的情况都还未改善，所以很近的地方，如果坐车的话要预算多两倍时间。
