今年改名为Paradox了，员工和房间内饰装修啥也没变，还是原来的Four points。唯一变了就是房间全部改为禁烟房了。位置服务啥的都挺好的

房间非常乾净，虽然酒店开的时间比较久，但是维护的还不错，屋顶的泳池非常好，白天一点都不冷，太阳好的时候无边泳池特别赞。早饭也特别好！可以选择蛋的品种。

This hotel was formerly Four Points by Sheraton when I made the reservation. It became Paradox Hotel when I arrived. It is located in Sukhumvit. There are an MRT station (Sukhumvit) and a BTS station (Asok) at nearby Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, which is about 5 min walking from the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It was a really pleasant stay.

Such an amazing trip with this hotel,
location is really good which can interchange from Bts to mrt also very easy to go to shopping mall or commute to the siam center.

+ The rooms are nice and clean;
+ Great location - 2 subway stations are just around the corner,landmarks easy to get by;
+ The stuff is very accommodating and helpful;
+ Beautiful rooftop pull;
- the water in the pool is a little too cold in the morning;
- light in the room and bathroom was a little dark(in case you’re a girl who does her face care and makeup));
- needed late checkout(after 6pm), the stuff helped to arrange it, but had to pay way more than I paid through the app for half a day.
Overall was pretty happy with the stay and services.

This hotel was exactly what a proper 4-star hotel should be. Professional, comfortable and well organised.
Arrival is easy thanks to a dedicated car entrance, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with clean cotton bedding, good towels, bathrobes and slippers. Small details like in-room tea and coffee and efficient laundry service make the stay even better.
The bathroom was clean and modern, breakfast was excellent, and the location is ideal.
Truly great value for money and a pleasure to stay in. Highly recommended.

Stayed 3 nights during a business trip.
Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Terminal 21 shipping mall and Asok BTS Skytrain station, with Sukhumvit metro station also nearby.
The area is a crowded and bustling tourist district - if you're traveling with young children and want somewhere peaceful and quiet, this may not be the best choice.
The standard room is large, clean and functional. Staff are all very friendly and warm.
Convenient for those who like to be near vibrant nightlife.
