第一次住呢间酒店，前台服务很好很友善！会推荐给朋友。房间空间大两个大行李箱打开都没问题。洗澡的热水好够热。

地点很方便，ASOK 站经行人天桥几分钟就到，我早上11:30 已到酒店，本来只想放下行李，下午3点才入住，但员工指我的房间已准备好，可马上入住，服务令人满意。洒店有两座，我被分配到pool side那座，房间清洁、空间亦大。

I stayed here for a night in room 440. Unfortunately, I forgot to request a higher floor when booking. Despite that, I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel.
I booked a room that included an airport pick-up service. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent service — from the doorman who helped with my luggage at the entrance, to the front desk staff who handled check-in efficiently, and the porter who brought my bags to the room while explaining the hotel’s facilities and services. The housekeeping staff and breakfast team were also very polite and friendly. Everyone seemed well-trained, always smiling and making guests feel welcome.
The check-in process was smooth and easy. A cash or credit card deposit was required. I arrived around 10 a.m., and the staff kindly allowed me to check in early, even though the official check-in time was after 2 p.m. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is convenient — just a short walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall.
On the day I stayed, the hotel was cleaning the exterior windows, which caused a bit of disturbance, but it wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast was good, though I didn’t have much time to enjoy it. Unfortunately, I also didn’t get the chance to visit the rooftop, swimming pool, or gym.
The hotel also provides a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service within a 1-kilometer radius, which is very convenient.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay and the warm, professional service. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Very convenient. Location between Asok and Nana is great for go to anywhere. Staffs and service are very good.

服务很好 很热情 很有礼貌 环境卫生 位置尚可
明明订了城景房 但完全看不了城景 ：）
还有早餐质素很差、真的很难吃、选择少、价钱又不便宜 、完全没有泰国特色很失望！

location is good, close to asoke bts and all surrounding eateries, massage, T21. hotel is located in a lane so the room doesnt get the noise from the main road. they have tuk tuk service too.

I originally booked a room with two queen beds. Upon arrival, the hotel receptionist confirmed my booking, and I mentioned that I would be fine with one large bed instead, as the reservation was for two people. They assigned me a king bed room; however, the room was smaller than my original booking, and the condition—particularly the humidity—was poor. After the first night, I requested a change, and they provided a room in better condition.

总体来说，酒店如果在国内就属于3-4星之间，可能曼谷市内几乎都差不多是这样，要稍微低于预期的水平，但是就是方便点，这个价格个人觉得还是性价比一般化了
