看了好多评价盲选了这家公寓式酒店，入住后非常满意??房间很多，都很整洁，没有异味床品也很乾净，也比较适合商旅常住。服务人员也很热情，外卖可以机器人送到，很方便。房间内设施很齐全，复式的格局起夜上厕所可能稍有些不方便但很贴心配了夜灯，隔音也很不错，下次有机会还会继续选择??

Very good hotel. Bed linen changed every other day. Very clean. Smart house, room with mini fridge, with washing machine. Laundry room with new steam irons. Hotel staff very kind, friendly, empathic

前台帮忙升级了房型，复式住的很宽敞，早餐也是半价购买，早餐中西式都有很不错
房间也很乾净，乾湿分离做的不错，灯光影音也可以，就是床品不太舒服，不过性价比真的很高

这次的酒店入住体验，简直让我惊艳到想原地封神！刚踏入酒店，热情的前台工作人员就像老朋友一样，笑容满面地快速帮我办好入住，还贴心介绍周边好吃好玩的地方，好感度直接拉满！
房间更是无可挑剔，宽敞明亮，布置得温馨又雅致，细节之处尽显品质。床品柔软亲肤，枕着就像被云朵温柔包裹，一夜好眠，第二天精神满满。衞生间乾净整洁，洗漱用品质量超棒，用起来舒适又安心。
酒店位置绝佳，出门就是地铁站，去各个景点和商场都超方便，周围美食也多到挑花眼。早餐种类丰富，中西餐都有，食材新鲜，吃得超满足。
不得不夸一下客房服务，有次我不小心弄脏了床单，打电话过去，工作人员很快就赶来更换，态度好得没话説。这次真的挖到宝了，下次来这边，肯定还选这家！

正常的酒店式公寓，前台人员帮忙升级了床型。这家酒店最有特色的就是环境和各种摆件。听前台人员説是老板自己的收藏，我看了看有青金石，孔雀石，绿松的原矿，各种根雕，牙雕，和中式家俱。感觉老板极具审美。总的来説住的很舒服，服务态度很好

I really enjoyed my stay!
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful and used translate to assist with enquiries. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very well priced! Room was very clean and spacious.
The aircon in the room was not working but when i asked for assistance they gave me a portable fan to keep the room cool ??
Little bit far from the station but lots of public bikes to get there in five mins.
Only downside for me is kitchen didn’t come with any cooking utensils or cutlery.

Only issue is hardly to get a taxi because of the location. You need to add extra to catch one when you used an application to get a ride

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience after staying at Beijing Guomao Jingsongquiao Ruibeiting for 5 nights where my visit was marred by a series of frustrating issues. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not prepared to provide the level of service one would expect, especially for the price.
1. Broken AC: The most significant problem during our stay was the broken air conditioning. Our room was uncomfortably hot, and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk, there was no offer of a solution. They couldn't move us to another room (which was disappointing in itself), and they didn’t seem able to fix the AC either. Instead, we were left to suffer in the heat, which made it difficult to sleep and really impacted the overall quality of our stay.
2. Wi-Fi Not Working: To add insult to injury, the hotel Wi-Fi was completely non-functional throughout our entire stay. When we asked about it, the staff seemed unaware of the issue and had no clear answer as to when it would be fixed. For a hotel that markets itself as offering modern amenities, the lack of reliable internet was not just an inconvenience, but also a significant problem, especially for guests who rely on Wi-Fi for work or communication.
3. Lack of Support from Staff: What made the situation worse was the lack of initiative or support from the hotel staff. There were no suggestions on how they could remedy the situation – no offer to help us find a different room or even bring in fans for the AC issue. It felt like once they had our payment, they were done with us. Customer service was, at best, indifferent.
In the end, we were left feeling stranded and frustrated, with little recourse or empathy from the hotel management. I expected much more for the price I paid, and I sincerely hope the hotel takes customer feedback seriously and works to resolve these fundamental issues for future guests.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. With broken AC, no Wi-Fi, and a lack of assistance from the staff, it was a very disappointing experience.
