Great stay! The place is very friendly and has all the amenities we needed. The view is amazing, and it’s close to the subway with easy access to shops, making everything very convenient. The owner is very nice, provided clear instructions, and was extremely helpful with quick replies. Highly recommended!

Everything is great except the door code kept locking us out. It changes every few days and since we don’t keep track of when it changes, we get locked out when it did change so we have to wait for a new code to be sent to us. If the manager is busy, we need to wait longer. Overall a great place to stay

Rented an apartment for my family of five. There are 3 big beds and the place is very well kept by the cleaning auntie. There is a change of fresh towels everyday and the front desk staff is helpful.
Best of all, it's besides the subway and it makess travelling to the attractions in the city a breeze. We have been visiting the attractions in the subway except for great wall.
There are nearby food eateries as well. A good location with value for money.

Veru recommend????????We had a pleasant stay during winter time. Near walking distance to Sanlitun shopping area big mall Taikoo Li.
Room was cleaned everyday and bathroom has water heater and the room has heated floor as well. Bed was comfy and my kids sleep very well every night.
Our return flight was at late night but they can help to keep our luggage safe while we go out for shoppings after checkout in the morning.
Overall we had a wonderful stay in Beijing.

Smells like cigarrete, No nearby convenience store. Service was good but personally not satisfied staying in the area.

We stayed in the family room with three large beds. The building is conveniently located very close to the MRT and within walking distance of a supermarket and the Sanlitun shopping district, where there are many eateries and others.
The butler was very responsive and assisted with receiving deliveries and providing luggage storage. We had an enjoyable stay during our holiday at Qingshi, and we will definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Beijing.

房间非常大而且采光很好，整个房间客厅都非常明亮，我们住了五个晚上，每天都会来帮我们整理房间补充备品和更换浴巾毛巾，服务很周到，民宿老板很客气，下次来北京还要住这里

房间很乾净，管家服务很好，能及时解决问题，离三里屯很近，工作人员都很友好，即使很晚的时间也可以联系到，很友好的一家民宿，做公共交通很方便，出门100多米就是地铁站，推荐给需要的朋友
