So far very satisfied with this apartment, the owner provides complete directions to the location, how to enter the apartment. The environment in this apartment building is safe, not noisy and I feel comfortable going in and out of the apartment.
The apartment area is very large for a price that is still affordable for the area. Complaints about a slightly damaged door were responded to quickly by the owner and immediately repaired when we arrived.

Beds, towels and toiletries are complete like hotel standards and even exceed their completeness. It's just that there are no kitchen utensils, only paper cups are provided. Microwave and small stove are available.

The location is very close to supermarkets, small malls and not too far from the Sanlitun area. My conclusion is that I highly recommend this apartment.

The place was near at sunlitun(about 3-400 meters), near the supermarket (about 250-300 meters) and KFC was there too. And near the worker stadium station less than 200 meters. It’s a good place for joy-able, relax and peaceful, but a little bit far from attractive tourist.(Actually it’s not my problem I like this place.)
The host really helpful and also reply us in a minutes. That was great when we want to make some decisions and they also help us quickly.
The room was old, but it’s okay. The functional of the room can use it in a way.

超预期的入住体验！民宿位置极佳 步行4分钟到3号线工体站，去太古里逛街也特别方便。遇到闻到联系管家就可以，回覆很快，处理很及时。房间设施完善，浴室干湿分离很实用。每天下午保洁准时打扫，浴巾和牙具都会换新。交通便利+管家靠谱，确实是三里屯周边的高性价比选择！

Room is so big with best view. Metro station within walking distance. The host also can be contacted if any problem. Luggage storage also available. And early check in if possible can be provided too. Thank you for hosting us in Beijing. Will come back to stay for sure if I go to Beijing again.

Very comfortable and big room, is a studio unit. It has washing machine and fridge too. It's also near to the subway station. Overall. I will come back and stay here again in my next trip to Beijing!

There are hospital, convenience stores, and food around, which is very convenient. Anything can just wechat the person in charge, and he will reply to the message very quickly and will try his best to meet my requirements. However, the cleanliness is not ideal. Hair can be seen everywhere, and the ground is also very dirty. Housekeeping will come everyday but the?bed is only organised on the first day, then the following days are not organised.
