Hotel is new and clean, with free usage of washing machine and dryer (detergent provided), which is a big plus point! Location is great, just a short walk from the metro station. Room temperature is too warm and the aircon cannot be adjusted due to centralized control. The staff is friendly and helpful!

This is my first time in Beijing. I was very satisfied. Everything went smoothly from check-in til check-out time. All staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The hotel is newly built and clean. The room is perfect. No complains. The location itself is superb! The metro is right there in front of the door and convenient. It’s easy to get around and go to both airports. Also, restaurants, 7/11, and shops near the hotel open up all night. Breakfast is fine with various options. I would like to thank you all the staff. Especially XiaoJuanmao who gave me lots of suggestions and things to do in Beijing. Great job! YuanZhongwei was very polite and helpful. Anything I needed, they all were there for me. Plus, the lady housekeeper, I forgot to ask her name. She cleaned the room very well. Always gave me extra care. Thank you so much. I’m a foreigner but the Chinese language is not a barrier. I will definitely come back next time.
