We booked two rooms, a family room and a regular double. This worked well with our two children and the staff got the tins to be on the same floor and super close together. The rooms were clean and tidy and there is free water (bottled) every day. The staff is friendly and helpful too (they even ordered us nappies because we were running low).
The morning highlight is breakfast on the rooftop (summer probably outside) but in winter with a good sunrise. The selection is large and the children always found a good selection of things to eat (us adults too of course).
I would recommend and book again if returning! Location is top notch!

The positives: Location, Location, Location! It is a 10 minute walk away from the forbidden city, and it is close to the temple of heaven. The room service did a nice job as well cleaning the room daily.
The negatives:
1- the access to the hotel is through stairs, if you have luggage, you won’t have someone to help you with the bags before you check in.
2- the pictures make seems nicer than it actually is.
3- the lobby is not clean, neither is the floor where we were booked.
4- the rooms too close to each other, the room walls are not well isolated, you will keep hearing noises throughout the night of people walking and speaking loudly beside the rooms.
5- the bathroom has a strong odour coming from it. Not due to room service hygiene though.
6- the toilet seat had wear marks/dark marks on it.
7- pay attention to the fine print while you are booking, despite that all options say double bed, we were asked to pay extra for a queen size bed. Which is fine , however that extra cost puts the hotel rate in the same range of higher tier brand hotels.
8- the room is small, and there are no hangars for the towels.

酒店位于市中心，出行非常方便，离金鱼衚衕站1分钟步行。服务人员态度好，很热心。房间乾净。

地点肯定是不用质疑，楼下就有出名的炸酱麪。旁边就是王府井，一堆商场，美食。全聚德也在王府井。
打车方便。地铁站也有。故宫就在隔壁。
女生喜欢租借古装也有在楼下。

房间设备齐全，酒店服务很到位。距离故宫步行10分钟的距离，距离天安门20分钟的步行距离，附近有美食和地铁站，非常的方便，强烈推荐安排天安门广场和故宫行程的游客住，我们还在东华门外的四季民福吃了烤鸭。

仔细的对比了这附近几家价格差不多的连锁酒店，最终通过评论里的亮点确定了漫心。放下行李放心去玩，前台帮助取了四季民福的号，回来刷新下进度就可以顺利吃上啦！晚上没开空调睡就感觉没那么热了，虽然鼻子有点干。

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by staff with a poor attitude.
When we requested a room change, we were told an upgrade was possible after negotiation, which we agreed to and paid for.
However, the staff later gave us incorrect information regarding the price and then shifted the blame onto us, implying that we were being overly concerned about the money—when the mistake was clearly theirs. This was extremely unprofessional and felt like an attempt to avoid responsibility rather than provide proper customer service.
We were then told we were given a “room upgrade,” which initially seemed like a good gesture. Unfortunately, the room was located next to a sewage area. The smell was unbearable throughout the night, mixed with a strong duck-roasting odor. The entire room was filled with unpleasant smells, making it difficult to rest.
This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable

Excellent hotel with a perfect location, very close to Wangfujing Street, the Forbidden City, and other major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing!
