房间设施齐全，虽然装修的时间有点久，但维护的非常好。金秋时节庭院里银杏金黄，可以享受深秋的宁静。早餐品种丰富，西点品质很高。游泳池水质清澈，环境高雅。酒店总体服务管理非常好，无论是前台还是礼宾部，以及电话接线生都是彬彬有礼，专业及时，体现出瑞吉的文化。

St. Regis Beijing: Unforgettable Luxury and Flawless Service
I recently concluded a truly exceptional stay in an Executive Room at the St. Regis Beijing and can confidently say the experience far exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a sanctuary of space and attentive service in the city, this is the place to be.
The Executive Room: Space and Comfort
The Executive Room itself was superb. The space was generous, feeling less like a hotel room and more like a private apartment. The design is elegant and classic, providing a very relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing.
One of the standout features was the walk-in wardrobe, which offered ample space to fully unpack and settle in—a small luxury that makes a huge difference on longer trips. Beyond the wardrobe, the room was stocked with a full array of amenities that spoke to the St. Regis's commitment to guest comfort and detail.
Impeccable Service and Signature Touches
While the room was excellent, the service elevated the entire stay to five-star status.
The consistent turn-down service provided every evening was flawless, ensuring the room was refreshed and welcoming each time I returned. It's those little touches that define luxury.
Most notably, the concierge service was truly excellent and invaluable for navigating Beijing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. They effortlessly managed to secure a booking for a Peking Opera show, which was a fantastic highlight of my trip. Furthermore, their simple and effective directions were a lifesaver, making it easy and stress-free to get around the city.

From the generous size and superior amenities of the Executive Room (especially that walk-in wardrobe!) to the consistently high level of service—particularly the knowledgeable concierge—the St. Regis Beijing is a flawless choice. 虽然是比较老的酒店，但整个酒店的内外环境非常乾净整洁，房间不太大，管家服务是他家特色，我们的管家是江南小美女李洋。第一天刚到时向我们详细介绍了酒店的设施，开放时间，并贴心地介绍一些铺夜床，衣服免费熨烫，送房间红茶，牛奶等，傍晚六点酒店大堂还有马刀开香槟传统项目。早餐品种丰富多样

应该还是住一次不会再住的酒店了，住了一天就决定搬家了，预授券我也退了。
设施：接待过各国元首的酒店，不知道川建国、奥大哥、布什兄弟住的时候感受如何，反正我是不太开心。办入住速度很慢，可见酒店电脑反应慢了几拍。房间内的电源太难用了，在北京住酒店需要英转中的转换插头，衣柜一打开灯是掉出来一半的，洗澡淋浴的话也是需要站在浴缸里的。
衞生：良好，打扫得还不错，也有开夜床服务简单打扫了。

房间整体很满意，虽然酒店年份比较久了，电视也是老式的，但是设施保养的都还不错，非常乾净，床品很舒适，窗外景色也不错。感谢Miya，管家服务很贴心，帮忙接收了闪送的行李，房间还可以送牛奶、咖啡，很不错。

非常熟悉这个地区，国际俱乐部，国际大厦，日本大使馆，美联社等，日坛公园。毗邻十里长安街。位于北京市朝阳区建国门外大街21号，地处CBD核心区，紧邻长安街和使馆区，步行约7分钟可到达“建国门”地铁站，距离天安门、故宫等名胜古蹟仅数街之隔，前往国贸商圈、王府井和三里屯等繁华购物区也十分便捷。我在国际大厦工作了将近十多个春夏秋冬。
步入大堂，无柱大堂，高高大大，十分气派。套房布置合理，古色古香。花园喷池，细细流水。环境优雅。设施齐全，虽然她是1997年开业，环境衞生服务都是一流水准。独特性在于管家服务，令人难忘。一对一的贴心服务，如同在家一样。管家团队24小时的全方位服务，可以为客人提供优质的服务，满足客人需求。Jasmine,Parker,Alex,Bradley为客人安排了一系列独特服务项目:瑞吉品牌的经典传统仪式—马刀削香槟??，在位于酒店二层的丹尼艾丽意大利餐厅环廊。客人共同举杯喝彩，品鉴顶级香槟??。马刀??削下的酒瓶盖作为纪念物赠送收藏。Dylan ZHAO，Candie灿灿的陪伴延到我们工体看球回来，推门进来，他们就已经在等待我们回家。安排了温热的蜂蜜??柠檬??水，热的薄荷伯爵茶??，确保入口时正是最佳风味。他们写的卡片也作为收藏。让瑞吉的夜晚??美好????温馨难忘。

The facilities and environment were excellent, but the room amenities fell far short of expectations. The refrigerator wasn't cold, blood stains were found on pillows, the bedding was torn, and the bathroom door couldn't lock.
That said, I'm immensely grateful to the hotel butler, Bradley, for his exceptional care. He provided 24/7 support for my family and me, promptly addressing every request—whether fixing malfunctioning phones, repairing all broken lights in the room, or other issues. His help extended beyond hotel duties: when we planned outings, he offered invaluable advice, practical tips, and essential reminders. Though these matters weren't his responsibility after we checked out, he meticulously arranged everything for us. Bradley truly went above and beyond.
