一场超棒的北京入住体验。这次北京之行，选择入住伯豪瑞廷酒店，真真是选对了！我们一行人订了4间房，其中两间住着领导。还没到酒店，贺经理就提前电话联系我，得知有领导入住后，他主动帮忙协调安排房间，将位置佳、环境优的房间留给了领导，还根据我们的需求进行了合理布局，让大家住得舒心又方便。办理好入住手续进房后，惊喜发现每间房都摆放着精致的果盘，新鲜的水果散发着诱人的香气，这贴心的小举动瞬间让我们好感倍增。在后续的入住过程中，贺经理还时不时来询问我们的需求，服务热情又周到。因为这超棒的体验。以后来北京，北京伯豪瑞廷酒店就是我们的首选！

The hotel is centrally located, close to many tourist sites and a variety of restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Emily at the front desk who was a cut above the rest! Negatives would be a lingering smell of smoke when entering the room and also was unable to arrange an early breakfast of some description due to having had to leave before breakfast opened one morning. This was probably due to communication difficulties (no Emily that day), but nonetheless. Breakfast in general was hearty with both Western and Chinese options. The hotel is a bit on the older side with wear and tear visible in parts, but rooms were comfortable.

Location is good near to financial district. Hotel inside has a decent Peking duck restaurant. The hotel gym and swimming pool is operated by private.
Nearby has a lot of decent restaurants. Downside is smoking is permitted and the hotel is aged.

If you are a smoker, you would love this hotel, every floor and every room reeks of smoke. Even though we changed rooms because of the smoke smell, it wasn't much better. I think the smoke smell comes through the air conditioning. My partner developed a cough, sore throat and itchy eyes from living in this hotel. He would feel better after leaving the hotel for a few hours, and instantly worse returning. The formaldehyde is very bad here, the smoke is in everything, especially the carpet. The bed rather hard. You wait very long for hot water, and the drains do let the water out fast enough, so you stand in a pool of water when showering. The gym, and the pool is very nice, although you have to take your own towel. It was an awful experience. I would never stay here again.

The hotel has exceptional service , very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the bar fridge was locked so I couldn't use it and the aircon was not very effective.
