I must give this hotel a glowing review! The hotel's environment is elegant, the décor is refined, the rooms are clean and tidy, and attention to detail is evident throughout. The service is impeccable, giving me a warm feeling akin to being at home. The front desk staff, particularly Steven, provided excellent service. I will definitely choose this place for my next stay.

非常棒的入住体验，房间景色很赞，房间电视剧超大，酒店中餐厅点了荷叶蒸鸡，鲍鱼红烧肉以及蕈油麪，环境味道都很好，早餐品类也很丰富，特别是多种甜汤，以及再次品嚐了鲜美的蕈油麪，前台小金很热情周到，期待下次入住。

住阳台湖景房2晚，观湖景非常棒！酒店的服务态度非常好，特别是前台的小曹先生，热情耐心，我想春节期间带全家去度假，他不厌其烦的带我们看各种房型，直到我们满心！并帮我们预订年夜饭！值得好好的表扬！年轻人有这样的敬业精神，值得??！

Family short stay in Changshu, very nice hotel design located near the lake, nice parking lot leading to the hotel lift to lobby.
Beautiful balcony located on level 12 executive launge overlooking to the west, happened to see the sunset.

I was waken up at night 10pm by the reception and said I double booked, and asked me to cancel my booking on Trip.com. I told her I didn’t double book and she kept asking me to cancel my booking and said there will be cancellation fees.
I reached out to Trip.com and they confirmed me that I only have one booking.
The hotel called me at 11pm again and still asked me to cancel my booking, although I kept telling them I didn’t double book.
At least they could have waited till morning to solve this and it was not even my fault.
It was a very confusing, annoying and frustrating experience.

The room is very clean with Great Lake views. The facility in the hotel is new. We really like the swimming pool and the gym. The equipments are new and clean. One thing could be improved is the kids center on the 11th floor. It was not well set up and not much kids can do there
