配置还可以，齐全且都是大牌，冰箱洗衣机都有，感觉挺适合长住的，出行也便利，出去到解放碑那些商圈直接步行。打扫也乾净，前台也专业，杨先生帮忙协调升级了下房型

我们一连租了三个晚上，无论地点房型都好的不的了，在这我要给这（杨川经理五星好评）为什麽呢？因为我朋友由於体质非常怕热.刚刚遇着酒店一年一度空调维修
保养，朋友有些小情绪...扬川经理非常有奈性的为我们解决问题非常专业.....还有由其是前台小姐姐，（吴雪婷）当我退房的时候，忘了拿俩部手机.这小姐姐查房的时候，帮我收好给回我非常有责任与诚实.?????? 感恩有你们.极力推荐.来自马西亚的，黄宇铜.

晚上十点过才到了，到了説空调在维修不能制冷制热，已经很累了，就没想换，放个水准备泡澡，一看浴缸还是脏的，里面有飞蚊的屍体和头发，好不容易放完水打开按摩以後，一些黑色的东西还有女人的头发瞬间充满浴刚，像恐怖片一样，这是照出来的效果实际的效果比这个恐怖的多，而且浴缸还是坏的，不能放水，这缸水就在哪里放了一夜。

此次入住整体感受不错。
前台工作人员令人印象深刻，小哥哥（小样）和小姐姐们不仅热情友善，颜值还颇高，办理入住时高效专业，有问必答，让人如沐春风。酒店位置堪称优越，紧邻八一好吃街，短短 3 分钟的步行路程，无论是品嚐美食还是购物闲逛都极为便捷。房间的舒适度也值得称道，晚上关闭门窗後，静谧的环境能让人迅速进入甜美的梦乡。床和枕头柔软适中，整洁乾净的床铺更是保证了一夜好眠。不得不提的是房间内的洗烘一体洗衣机，原本没抱太大期望，没想到每天洗完的衣物都能一次性烘乾，真正做到了即洗即穿。保洁阿姨也十分贴心，每日都会补充一袋新的洗衣液。此外，酒店的服务也很人性化，因航班在晚上，前台积极协调，为我们延长了退房时间，入住前寄存的众多淘宝快递也都被妥善保管。
然而，酒店也存在一些不足之处。外卖不能直接送至房间，这给住客带来了极大的不便，每次取外卖都需要下楼，耗费时间和精力。厕所下水道频繁有小飞虫飞出，这一现象不仅影响了衞生间的美观，也在一定程度上干扰了住客的使用感受。
希望酒店能够重视这些问题并加以改进，进一步提升住客的入住体验。

We stay in Chong Qing 4 day I’m Highly recommend Roosevelt Chongqing hotels, convenient to go any where in city , food ,sightseeing just walking distance , the hotels is room is clean ,modern look the staff is very nice truly exceptional will stay again .

The hotel is fairly easy to find. Good location, close to shopping streets and main tourist attractions in the area. Easy check-in, although we don’t speak Chinese and the receptionist didn’t speak English, but we communicated through an online translator. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette has all essentials for cooking, but we always eat out. Very good view, comfortable bed and pillows, good linen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Recommended ????The staffs very helpful. The hotel location is good, near the CDB area Jiefengbei. Bayi Food Street just walking distance. Thanks for the upgrade for our stay. Will stay here again in my next trip to Chongqing.

Service apartment is very near to Jiefangbei. Easy access to all attractions. Room is big and clean which makes our stay a comfortable one. Room has fantastic river view too. Service staff are all very polite and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we back to chongqing.

Great walking distance in between Jiefangbei and 13th steps. It's fully equipped except for the full size refrigerator and washing machine were not powered on, it wasn't important anyway.
