酒店大堂的经理人非常客气，服务到位！我的询问都认真回覆，也记在心中主动回馈，酒店位置介於重庆解放碑和长江索道之中间位，选择服务公寓式酒店主要是洗衣服超级自主方便，如果出门旅游有超过4晚的，可以自己安排，在後半部选择公寓式酒店，罗斯弗酒店可以考虑，没有用到其他设施例如健身房，不能评价！

Very helpful front desk and service.
Although having some issue with room during check-in but hotel crew able to rectified and solved it promptly.
Room with washer and dryer definitely plus for busy traveller.

The hotel itself is rather old but it’s put in some effort to renovate. Initial impression of the room was not great but I got used to it after a few nights. Location is superb though plenty of food options nearby and walking distance to some attractions. Rooms are clean but you see stains here and there but I guess it’s forgiveable for its oldness.

酒店位置很好，很多景点都在步行范围内。周围吃饭也很方便。前台服务和衞生清扫都很满意。房间有冰箱，我们买了水果酸奶可以直接存放，消毒柜里碗盘刀叉勺齐全。还有微波炉洗衣机浴缸等设施。灯光窗帘等都是智能化控制。
