The places is nice , and the ambience also is best, and free wearing miao custome also, and the view in this hotel is amazing , really suitable for friends and family , and near to food location, the staff is really good also, make us feel homes ??

The hotel is very near the attractions and there are lots of restaurant nearby. The owner is helpful in giving tips on how to go around however there was a misunderstanding when we arrived. We paid her RMB for the entrance tickets to the attraction, then she changed us pickup fee from train station (which should be free base). I also requested to transfer to 3rd floor for the view but she didnot inform us prior that we have to pay additional fee. Maybe bacause she was in a hurry with other guest coming that she was not able to breakdown the amount she collected from us. We did not argued or questioned her on that day because we do not want to ruin our trip. The following day, her husband said he does not know why we were charged with pickup fee so to make it up, he arranged our dropoff to railway for free instead. They also gave tea pack as gift.
Overall, we still enjoyed our trip.

民宿很好，闹中取静，卫生干净，很新，阳台风景不错，老板娘也很热情，动车接站，还帮我们搬行李，回程还送我们到路口坐车，给我们备了伴手礼，很暖心，没来得及拍房间照片，发了一张阳台咖啡照代表一下

服务非常满意??会提前打电话问到高铁站时间，司机提前到达高铁站接，没有让我们等一分钟，上下车都帮忙提箱子，到达民宿会介绍游玩攻略，有免费的苗服体验，款式有很多选择，房间环境很好，卫生很干净，整体体验感很好，位置也不错，就在南华门附近，去哪都方便，如果有机会再去凤凰一定会继续选择这一家??

闹中取静，周边很多美食，近古城，很适合出行！小姐姐很热情好客！像多年不见的朋友，提供很多帮助。房间适合亲子，挺大能观景！服装很多多，化粧小姐姐特别棒！出乎意料的好！！推荐这家庭院店！

位置在古城里面，好找。上楼梯是一个安静的小院。双床住的宽敞，环境还可以。管家服务耐心，会帮你讲解古城的游玩路线。停车有点距离。开到楼下下好行李，店小哥会安排停车，楼梯间是黄永玉先生的画，还蛮有趣。楼下有旅拍，适合喜欢拍照的小伙伴。出凤凰十几分锺可以到大熊猫苑，爱猫人士可去。总之，去凤凰不错的住宿体验。

服务：接待的小哥和管家们的服务态度都非常棒，特别表扬一下接待小哥，态度非常好，笑容可爱。一楼还有免费的苗族服饰提供。 环境：院子布置得很好看，房间的环境也不错，设施不错，有停车场，需在楼下下行李，小哥带去停车
