太棒了，有高铁接站服务，刚下高铁就接我们到酒店。酒店的位置就在南华桥下面一点的位置，进城很快。老板的服务很热情，虽然没有楼梯，但是会帮我们拿行李，一路送到房间。本来订了一晚，之后立刻决定又续订了，还有苗服免费体验。

我是马来西亚游客.
之前有马来西亚导游说凤凰住宿都很肮脏。
所以我找了这间很多评价的民宿，好像7月才刚开.
他们会联系我们几点到，一到了老板娘热情接待，然后工作人员帮我们拿上行李，拿到去房间.
她也给上我们攻略附近美食.
这间有免费穿苗族装，化粧精致50元,她们的化粧师不是流水线那种，比我去广州拍摄的化粧师更加仔细，我和家婆很喜欢她们帮我画的装.
因为她这个免费服务，我们拍了晚上和早上的凤凰??
晚上也不会很吵.
他们这条路是可以通车的，所以司机载我们到楼下,而不需要拉着行李.
退房之后，工作人员免费载我们去高铁站
重点还有一个游乐小区，我宝宝很喜欢

Extremely friendly proprietress, she was able to provide us with pickup transportation from the high speed rail station and was very attentive to make sure we found the driver + found the homestay. We had an early check-in. The proprietress also had slightly discounted tickets available for the tourist attractions in the area - I recommend booking at least the nighttime boat tour through her. The room accommodations are great and the furnishings are very new. The location is also quite good, it’s close enough to the northern exit to easily call a taxicab and it’s also a very short walk to reach the river bank for all of the scenic views.

Rooms we stay were quite new and very clean. Location was very good and convenience, just a short walk to the river. Great scenery from our rooms. The lady hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. At the time we checked out from the hotel to continue our journey, one of the two private drivers didn't show up to take us to the train station. The lady hotel owner had managed to get another car fast enough for us to be able to catch the train to Zhangjiajie as planned. Neither it was her fault nor her responsibility, she just did what she felt it should be done to help out, such a considerate person.
We have enjoyed our stay here at Phoenix Qingcheng Mountain Water Courtyard Homestay and shall come back again if we are to visit Fenghuang Town in the future.

定这家是缘分，定的兰溪亲子房，图片布局和宣传上的一样，整体看的出是花了心思，满意，图中人物为帅哥老板，很热情，晚上十点到的名宿，第二天就得返回，预留时间不长，非常惊喜的是带我娘体验了人生第一次旅拍，非常感谢老板，价格和化粧小姐姐谈好，晚上睡的很好，床很舒服，一点都不吵。临走还送了特色手礼，真的用心，会推荐给身边朋友。

在携程挑了一家全是好评的民宿，马上到站给老板打电话，接站怕等时间长了，就在高铁站给找了一个车，老板和老板娘非常热情，亲自在路口接的，帮助拿行李箱和背包到房间，民宿环境优雅，房间也干净沁心，老板娘给介绍古城游玩攻略，还有免费的苗族服饰拍照打卡 ，离开还送礼物??

民宿位于古城入口处，出游很方便，老板娘热心周到，详细介绍旅游路线及特色饮食，房间卫生干净，环境逸静，观景台和阳台风景优美。还可以免费体验苗服，50元精致化粧，拍照美美的。离店时还赠送了贴心的伴手礼，此次游玩很开心，棒棒哒
