This is so far the best experience I had in Japan, the bell boy was waiting for us in front of the hotel.
We were specifically arrange a private room for our dinner and breakfast, unfortunately due to fogging we were unable to see Mt. Fuji during breakfast.
The in-room onsen was really fantastic with Mt. Fuji view.

Service is Impeccable, excellent. Really appreciated the hospitality of offer a dessert and beautiful wordings for celebrating me & my wife’s 14th Wedding Anniversary. Unforgettable Dining experience. Our room is facing FUJI mountain and we are so lucky that we can see it in the cloudy day. All facilities are good, we will definitely stay this hotel again and we will highly recomend to our friends & family to stay if they go to FUJI.
To all staffs, you all doing an excellent job and keep going. We will see you soon in the future.

Arrived and got greeted by friendly staff. It was not yet time for check-in but she explained to us the hotel facilities in details (english is ok!) Dinner was good. We stayed for two nights and the menu was different so we got to try different food (even the local specialty Hotou!). Buffet Breakfast was plentiful. The bath tub in the room was amazing and we got to enjoyed it with Mount Fuji view. We also checked out the view from the rooftop terrace in the morning and the view was unbeatable. Just minor point, the bath tub had to keep going as water might freeze, but you could hear the sound of running water all night long. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends!

酒店地理位置好，天气好的话，泡澡时可以看到富士山，酒店在一楼和五楼都有泡澡的池子，户外池子也有三四个，非常舒服

地方自驾方面，有免费泊车！
食物质素高，咩都有啲，食到饱！
住4楼富士山景，一醒就见到，醒神！
温泉有分两个，都正，系温度好似唔太够热！

订的塌塌米的房间，给人感觉空间大。
有二处泡温泉的地方，想看富士山（如果天气好的话），去5楼，个人推荐1楼泡温泉。
车站到酒店有免费车子接送，但须电话联系，挺方便的。
自助早餐挺丰富的，午餐和晚餐如准备吃的话，建议提前预订，否则厨房没有原料准备……但酒店先推荐小镇上的小餐厅，也不错。
