The hotel is near the bus station. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is one of the best we have had while travelling. The traditional style room is a cool experience and when the weather is good you have a nice view of Mount Fuji.

Hotel provides free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station, you can ask the station information counter to help call the shuttle on your behalf.
Staff are very attentive and friendly, will help you with your baggage the moment you arrive at their doorstep.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Walking distance to the lakeside and nearby area bus that will take you around the lake.
Delicious included dinner and breakfast spread.

酒店比较新一点，温泉比较大，但系太少人浸，变相有啲恐惧。不过整体来说晚餐十分之好去shabu shabu不过如果想转日式就要加三千至六千yen比较贵一点，早餐不过不失但觉得呢间酒店性价比唔够高。比较贵一点！

今次两日一夜大池酒店非常之满意，位置方便不太难找，前台各人服务非常友善，解释非常清楚！因为今次我自驾游的关系，他们有服务生到停车场接待并且带到酒店很贴心！食物不过不失没有很大惊喜，但系都非常满意。但是一定要住5楼的房间，面向富士山真的很棒！我有机会应该会再来。??

服务很好，早餐好吃，晚餐也还不错。交通还算方便，房间外面的风景不错。有温泉可以泡，蛮舒服的，温泉也很干净，服务人员的态度不错，刚报到之后有请我们喝一点点饮料和吃一些饼干，都不错??

温泉酒店这个也算是比较方便,还有几个泡池,实在是太出乎意料了。比起其他汤泡。这家也是一个不错的选择。就是房间有味道，前台不帮忙送行李没啥接待！满不满意就只剩一间房了……晚饭早餐也很丰富。可惜天气不争气啊，看不到富士山??

The room is large and clean without any odd smell.
The private bathtub is nice.
The staff is extremely polite and patient.
It is kinda pity that the view of the mt.fuji is blocked by the cloudy weather.

从河口湖站坐绿色线或红色线，大约四五站就到了，下车走不上3分钟，就到酒店了。
非常满意的酒店。入住后，三点先去一层吃点儿迎宾茶点，有两种小饼干，有绿茶，咖啡，苹果汁，葡萄汁。这些都是免费的。旁边还有一排葡萄酒品尝，付款1000日元，就可以挑选葡萄酒品尝了。根据自己的需要，挑选酒品，吸管导出15ML或30ML品尝。蛮有意思的。稍稍垫吧一下，就可以去泡温泉啦。一层是室外温泉，五层是室内温泉。都是分男女的。泡池还会隔天男女交换一下。酒店提供的晚餐很有日本料理的特色，几乎涵盖了所有：有凉菜，有寿喜锅，有铁板和牛，有刺身，有蛋羹等。定的是山景房，很幸运，看见了富士山。
