Great location with easy access to nearby areas. The counter staff were helpful and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the towels.

几乎每次去广州都会就住这间酒店，地点近市中心区，卫生环境在这个价位段是非常可以了！就会咖啡券赠送，只是今次有少少插曲，Wi-Fi连接不稳定，导致无法将电话投屏到电视，稍稍麻烦。

非常喜欢的一家酒店。宽敞舒适，前台接待礼貌热情周到，早餐也很不错。酒店设计风格独特，衞浴分离，且有冰箱，非常方便。而且地处CBD地区，周边用餐及购物十分方便。下次来广州带爸妈还住这家酒店。由于这家酒店，也对广州留下了非常好的印象！????????????

前台小羽小姐姐服务很热情很好，很满意的一次入住体验！
到店还免费给我升级到了公寓房，房间整体很乾净，自带一个衣帽间和等身大镜子。
提出远离嘈杂的诉求也有回应，最后安排离电梯口不远的房间也相对安静。
下次来广州，还是会考虑入住这家酒店。

位置上佳，但室内浴室和洗手盆不出热水，开了很久让工作人员来调试了水阀，才算正常。房间内无茶包，堂吧提供，不过都已是一年后的存货。原本配合房间内的书看看蛮好的。

We had a good stay. Room was spacious and had all the amenities that we need. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of selection. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was also convenient.

Very recommended! The location is near MRT station, many stores and food nearby, very convenient. Very clean, the room is spacious, we even had upgraded room with dining table and washing machine. Not forget to mention that the breakfast menu was all fascinating! It is a very nice place to stay in Guangzhou.
The front desk staff especially 萍萍子 and her manager were very nice and helpful! We left our bag in the high speed train and need to contact the customer service but we don't have local phone number, and they helped us wholeheartedly. I really recommend this hotel when you visit Guangzhou!
