酒店位置很好，3号线岗顶地铁站C出口出来3分钟就到，房间很隔音，双层玻璃，空调够安静，制冷很好。公寓前台小丁服务很好，有求必应。打扫房间的阿姨也很热情负责，看到我们要出门还送瓶装水，态度很好，看得出特别爱岗敬业??。下次来广州还会选择这里。需要改善的地方：洗漱台和淋浴间灯光太昏暗了，能换其他比较亮的灯麽？还有淋雨出来的墙上应该配一个毛巾架，浴巾都没地方放，确实有点不科学。

房间乾净整洁，关键是不用插卡就可以取电，很方便，像回到家一样。酒店位於闹市区，周围各种小吃，一出门走60米就有一条小吃街，非常便利。
前台服务员小宋服务很贴心，笑容很灿烂，下次还会去住。

衞生：非常乾净整洁。厕所和浴室是分开的。厕所还有一次性马桶垫以及消毒棉片可以消毒一下马桶。小沙发被子都没有异物。大力夸奖一下这个床是我近期出行住的最舒服的床。被子也很软不会厚重，枕头也舒适不会特别高！！！
环境：咱就是説很爱这个屋子哈哈哈哈哈！有小沙发、小茶几、洗衣机、冰箱。反正也算是齐全了！！！而且酒店旁边就是岗顶地铁口，交通很便利；附近也有很多吃喝的地方。有一个好住处对旅行来説真的是一件非常幸福的事情！??
服务：服务必须满分！而且前台海萍服务很好～在有空的房间情况下为我们升级了一下房间！我説想帮我们安排在比较里面不会很吵的房间，她也帮我们叫保洁阿姨打扫了一下屋子！咱就是説真的是睡眠质量都好了！真的不吵！睡的很舒服！
??下次再来广州还愿意来住这里！！！

Hotel lobby is a cafe. Situated near metro very convenient. However on check in day I found a private part hair in the bed (very disgusting)
Staffs are incompetent. Young and not well trained at all. Need a lot improvement on their communication,social manner and adequate.

Definitely recommend this place! Love this place a lot. We booked the room that comes with a washer/dryer. Super duper big and comfy. Bed feels a little small but it’s okay. I like that it is clean, service is very good too. They help to deliver our food and online parcel using a robot. Also provided with breakfast and supper. They also have a place to chill upstairs with their gym.

every thing was fair with their Price per night, and if you come here for business traveling as me this hotel is a Good Offer, just in midnight due the hotel location(top of Street) you will annoyed of loudy car sounds that continously keep honking.
in near of hotel fond many shops restaurants and malls and near to Metro Station
