这个酒店很好，衞生好，洗澡乾湿分离，床品优质，早餐很丰富很用心去做，不比四星五星宾馆差。接送机及时，服务人员热情，已经入住二次了，以後有机会还会住这里。

Good breakfast. Airport transfer a bit difficult if you don't speak Chinese.

Don’t find the front counter staff friendly.. they don’t look at you when I checked in and other occasions when I tried to ask them questions.
However the cleaning staffs are friendly.
Room strong with cigarette smell when enter.
Location near lots of food place and within walking distance to the metro.
Beside the main road and there’s road works during my stay, not for light sleeper.

HOTEL REWARDS
This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible.
Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

酒店的位置离机场比较近...有接送机 有自助早餐 前台张张服务人热情 房间整洁。附近有商场方便购物

酒店离地铁站很近，早餐非常的丰富，有很多选择。房间衞生非常乾净，机场接送非常方便，下次来广州依然会考虑居住该酒店。

房间还算大间，价位也不贵！早餐也还算可以！旁边有一间湖南料理好吃！走10几20分地铁站附近超好逛的！有免费洗衣机可使用，相当不错！早上有送机服务，超赞的！

除了位置差点儿，周边比较破旧，也没什麽玩的，其他都还行吧，吃饭挺方便的，附近有个商业中心，附近还有个大的菜市场，买些水果之类的还是很方便的。性价比还行吧，但出差的话，应该有更好的选择。

有接机车、前台也挺好的、给我们单独叫机器人送了小孩牙刷、整体服务水平很高、最主要是带早饭、这麪点外卖可不便宜哦、住一宿200多、送三个早饭我感觉最少值100、主要是早饭很好哦、有煮粉、还有炸各种小零食、小点心、很广式、总结经验好便宜哦、性价比很高……带小朋友也很方便
白云国际机场接送:挺快的
