小张服务挺好的，房间的床品好舒服的，房间物品齐全，整洁，有一次性洗漱用品，24小时免费接送机，时间准时，还有早餐丰富！房间枕头很舒服。下次还来入住的。有免费停车场，机器人可以送外卖到房间

酒店乾净衞生，有着很多有趣的地方，华通广场，人和地铁站很近，总之挺满意，地理位置较好，步行到人和地铁站8分钟。酒店出门往右就是吃饭一条街。酒店早晨安排有固定免费班车送往白云机场金金服务很好热情????

**Disappointing Stay and Missed Airport Fetch at Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport)**
I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they "already set it up" and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

Select this hotel is to rush for morning flight. it is near to Baiyun Airport, take about 15-20 mins drive.
Hotel provide morning breakfast starts 6am and, offer free bus transport to the airport, this really help alot for me to catch the early morning flight in
a convenient and easy way.
The counter staff 小金 is very supportive and helpful, thanks for his friendly service to us who are senior citizens....
The bath room was having some issue and we could not bath, room staff resolved the issue quickly by moving us to another room.
For those who need to catch up early morning flight at Baiyun Airport, I recommend you to consider this hotel.
