Another so-called iconic hotel in Guangzhou, but very disappointing. The buffets, whether on the first floor or top floor, were bland and not worth the price. Rooms are small, old, and outdated. Even the tea house was underwhelming and overpriced. Overall, poor value for such a renowned property.

携程的酒店套餐实在太划算了，包含早餐、下午茶和凌璇阁晚餐。套房不算太大但卫生还是比较干净的，酒店已经很多年了，会稍显老旧，但毕竟还是很经典的。几个不同的餐厅出品都非常满意，不愧是老牌五星。酒店服务人员服务也相当到位，客务部的小华、酒店前台引导Liven、送欢迎水果来的Lily、行政酒廊的Jesse和Alice都令人印象深刻。准备上客房前有位穿黑套装的女经理主动询问房号，说给孩子送洗漱用品过去。有如此好的服务，必会留住不少回头客的。继续加油！

这次入住刚好碰到了酒店在拍摄40周年的宣传片，是个很特别的经历。
服务：
一进酒店就被Anna指引到了拐角处的楼梯附近办理入住，与平时在大观园前Check in位置不同。为我们办理入住的刚好是值班经理Betty，速度快、服务好且意外地获得了升级服务，从本来的红棉套房，变成了粤韵套房。到了我们的楼层后，楼层服务员Mia也贴心地带领我们到房门口。每次只要她在也会帮我们主动按电梯（虽然感觉这个服务可有可无，但是也算是增加就业率吧）。为我们打扫房间卫生的Tina也会给我们留下了卡片告诉我们她贴心的服务，这些人与人之间的交流真的很温暖。最后想提的是酒店有金牌导游讲解服务，每天10:00-17:30具体可以谘询礼宾部。那天为我们讲解的Mandy很不错，提前五分钟打电话跟我们说她在礼宾部等我们了，然后非常耐心细致地为我们解答问题。游览的动线也是安排妥当，最后是在酒店的四楼博物馆结束的，非常喜欢这个讲解服务！
卫生：接下来说一下卫生吧。不知道是否因为这次的房型是朝瀑布和小蛮腰的方向，房间霉味很重，尤其是第一晚，就算是一直开着冷气也无法去除这股味道，与走廊的香味形成了鲜明的对比。如果房间还能提供空气清新机的话就更好了。总体卫生还是可以的，床头的壁画还是有些灰尘，对鼻敏感人士不太友好。
设施：非常喜欢双人床房间的设计，中间有帘子可以隔开，非常有私隐哈哈哈。酒店总共有八台电梯，完全不用怕等电梯时间久，而且电梯速度还是蛮快的。酒店最有特色的是瀑布，可惜因为这几天一直在下雨，所以没有去参观。
环境：本人是比较喜欢大气的装修风格的酒店，就算酒店有40年的历史了还是很耐看。保养和维护算是比较用心的了。

「惬意时光：花园酒店花园酒廊体验」
广州花园酒店的花园酒廊，是一处隐于繁华之上的静谧绿洲，为我们此次庆生之旅增添了无数温暖与惊喜。

欢乐时光（17:00-20:00）则更显匠心：

? 如果说凌璇阁是璀璨盛宴，那花园酒廊便是「温馨家宴」，离座时长辈笑言：“在这儿竟小睡了片刻，感觉格外安心。”这大概是对一段惬意时光最动人的认可。

酒店住下来感觉很不错，所以又续住了很多天，送到房间的欢迎水果品类丰富，又新鲜又好吃。特别感谢IT部门的李先生，一大清早就能上门来帮我解决网络问题，非常专业是个行家，处理问题得心应手。酒店有个很大的后花园，瀑布小桥锦鲤非常漂亮，很有特色适合拍照。在花园旁边就是行政酒廊，这里虽然菜品简单，但是每一个都做的精致美味，服务员也都是高水准，为我服务的Rose和Aakriti给我留下了很好的印象，她们做事细致认真，始终面带微笑让人感觉很亲切像回家一样，而且解答问题也很耐心。退房后实习生小兰还专门打电话来倾听我的建议和反馈，可见酒店非常重视客人体验。这次在酒店的度假体验非常难忘，以后来广州绝对首选花园酒店

Not impressed and upset with
- room layout
Very bad for going to toilet at night. You’ll stumbled on the partition
The shower and toilet shares the same sliding doors which is impossible for two persons to shower and be in a toilet at the same time ( to have a privacy) plus the door are not soft closed so at night you can here door slammed
-cigarette smells on non smoking floor
I suffered to sleep as cigarette fumes seeped into the room at night from 8pm for hours and last night at midnight still have the fumes coming into the room. The first night I called the hotel asking them to check with the maid next morning which room a smoker stayed (near my room2118) and the hotel should give him a warning . Of course nothing was done and I suffered and couldn’t breathe for three nights.
Didn’t asked to change the room as more hassle yo ask my partner to repack.
-Some kind of construction noises outside at night
-Staffs couldn’t speak English well and some don’t have good service mind like a 5 stars hotel staffs should have.
Other than above room is good clean, breakfast quality was good, concierge service okay.
Cannot rate logistics as using a taxi a lot.
Not a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The department stores is about 1km walk from the hotel.

The hotel service is enthusiastic, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the location of the hotel is superior, the room price is very affordable, and the price performance ratio is high! What I got was not only a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also the hustle and bustle of life on earth. This is what I think of this hotel, super awesome! Cecilia at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly, arranged a free upgrade, the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and very comfortable to stay in! I will definitely come back next time
