Our family stayed at the Bolian Hotel-Huangguoshu in late-October. The hotel is brand new with very little information was available online before our visit. Hopefully, this review will help those who are trying to decide if this hotel is a good option when visiting the Huangguoshu scenic area. First of all, the hotel is absolutely stunning and the facilities/service they provide is well worth the price range compared to other international luxury resorts. It was my family's first stay in the Bolian hotel chain. We knew the hotel is an exclusive luxury class hotel and happens to be one of the two hotels next to the Huangguoshu Waterfall with private VIP access to the scenic area. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, below is a summary of what we learned:
? Make sure you have your reservation ready or contact the hotel ahead of your arrival because the scenic area is gated and normally allows entry for park-operated buses only.
? International traveler with passport must get entry and park bus tickets from the main gate, so make sure you coordinate with hotel a day before you enter the scenic area or upon arrival to the hotel.
? As mentioned, there are only two hotels next to the Huangguoshu Waterfall: the Huangguoshu Hotel (黄果树宾馆-原金谷瀑布山庄, a mid-range hotel) and the new Bolian Hotel (黄果树柏联酒店). The two hotels are just across the road from each other. The Bolian Hotel recently obtained an agreement with Huangguoshu Hotel to share use of their exclusive VIP access to the park through the Huangguoshu Hotel lobby. This will take out the hassle of entering the park through the front main entrance.
? The Bolian Hotel is not only perfectly located, it’s also a hot spring hotel with your own private natural hot spring in every room. This was perfect after a day of hiking or doing nothing.
? All the hotel suites are spacious and tastefully decorated; the attention to detail is what makes this hotel special. The resort grounds are immaculately landscaped and massive (with parts of it still in construction). We were transported by hotel-operated buggies around the resort grounds (like golf carts). The grounds and setting are very private and exclusive, similar to the Banyan Tree and Imperial Springs (广州从都国际庄园) resorts.
? The staff was another highlight of our stay. They were warm, professional, thoughtful, and genuine. The service was always delivered with kindness and we received a lot of helpful tips for our visits to the waterfall.
? We were offered a complementary dinner with our stay. It was five-course meal+soup+dessert, perfectly prepared highlighted with local flavors.
We traveled with elderly parents and mom had a medical incident early in the morning. The hotel staff was responsive and efficient. At 5:00am, we were transported to the emergency room and the hotel driver stayed with us so he could drive us back after the hospital visit. Our breakfast was delayed and almost forgotten, but the staff made sure our made-to-order dim sum breakfast was delivered to our suite when we were ready.
It was our first visit to Guizhou and first time visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The waterfall is absolutely gorgeous and our stay was memorable because the Bolian Hotel made it special. Guizhou is a beautiful province that is thriving at an amazing speed in recent years due to the completion of many major transportation projects (highways and high-speed rail). We love the weather, the clean air and water because the Guizhou escaped nearly all the contamination that coastal cities experienced due to their heavy industrial developments. We want to thank everyone at the Bolian Hotel-Huangguoshu for your hospitality and simply honored to be some of your first guests. Without a doubt, we will stay in another Bolian Hotel again when given the chance.

因为客人少，早餐是单点的，红糖糍粑很好吃，房间中规中矩没有太大亮点，服务员们都很热情，可惜在房源充足的前提下还把我们安排在路边机房旁，吵的一夜没睡着。

游黄果树景区的绝佳选择！从酒店到大瀑布景区步行只有十分钟，酒店工作人员会专程引导至验票处。(含景区门票，工作人员代为预订)。可能因为这次只是订的基础房型，感觉房间远没有重庆柏联的大。酒店景色很美。早饭餐都很棒！

酒店环境非常好，有种世外桃源般的感觉，离黄果树大瀑布很近，方便出游。服务也很不错。离店时的感觉就是：如果再多住一天就好了……

环境没的说，温泉游泳池都很好，唯一的缺点就是早餐差了些，应该是住客太少的原因

安顺最好的酒店，在黄果树景区里，去大瀑布几十米，去景点方便。酒店韵服务生服务很周到，我们到了酒店门口，服务生已经端了茶水在那里迎接了。前台美女知道我们小孩子多，特意还帮我们升级了套房，帮我们买了黄果树瀑布的门票观光车票。这次是我住过这么多五星级以及六七星级酒店中最好的体验。真心要表扬酒店的员工，服务很到位。

酒店是在景区不假，除了白天开放的景点，周围没有可以逛逛的。
好处是，早上起来，你可以最早到大瀑布景区去逛，人很少，拍照也不挤的。
斜对面有一家国营宾馆，价格比这里低了很多，人家有VIP通道，可以直接到大瀑布的盆景园。柏联却不可以，还要走出酒店到大瀑布景区门口，虽然走路5分钟吧，内心有失落感，身为景区的酒店，还比人家的贵，却不能走VIP通道。这个遗憾，在早餐倒是可以弥补了。对面的国营，早餐结束的早，等你饿着肚子回来没饭了。这里10点结束，我们从大瀑布玩回来，还能赶上早餐，美美的吃了一顿。早餐对于我来说很不错了。
酒店很大，没什么逛的。都是一幢幢别墅。8月的中旬，这里也很闷，好在空调给力。有私汤可以泡，服务很到位，一个电话都可以搞定。
希望酒店，能添加景区到新城的免费接驳，对于不开车的人也方便点。
酒店给升级了套房，住起来很惬意。推荐这里。服务员态度也很不错，见面都会问好的。正餐太贵了。还要收服务费，可以到对面去吃。
懒得到官网联系酒店了，这里说吧，请酒店管理者学习一下三亚蜈支洲珊瑚酒店和三亚呀诺达酒店，生意会更兴隆的！

环境很好，服务员的服务也很到位。就是可能新开业，餐厅只有一个，午餐晚餐的时候上菜很慢，菜品选择很少。
